While I'm still working on my book, I would like to wish you Happy 39th Anniversary of
Disney's The Fox and the Hound that came out on July 10th, 1981!
It may be an underrated Disney film but its considered at the Disney's cherished film that the Disney animators had created
And what makes The Fox and the Hound a very important Disney film that both this film and The Great Mouse Detective (1986) are the reasons that we've got the Disney Renaissance films
The creators who had brought The Fox and the Hound to the screen were the creators who had moved on and did the Disney Renaissance films like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King and more Disney animated films today!
Amazing, right?
