Choices

"MILLIE!" Sadie shouted, causing Millie to jolt up.

"What?!" Millie said, not happy with Sadie's sudden outburst.

"Look!" Sadie said, pointing to a note on Millie's desk.

Millie got up and rushed over to it. Her eyes widened when she saw what was written.

Your soulmate says:

Put your hair into braids or don't wear a bra to school.

"This is ridiculous! I don't have a soulmate!" Millie said, putting the note back on the desk.

"Well...clearly you do!" Sadie said, pointing to the note.

"It's been 2 years since I turned 16! How can I have a soulmate NOW?!" Millie said.

"Well...I don't know...but you better choose" Sadie said.

"Fine! I'm definitely not going to school without a bra on so I'll braid my hair..." Millie said.

"Let me help..." Sadie said, grabbing Millie's brush.

For the next 30 minutes, Sadie brushed and braided Millie's hair.

"Wait...since your now getting choices from your soulmate...maybe you can give your soulmate a choice as well?" Sadie asked.

"What kind of choice?" Millie asked.

"A choice that would make him easy to identify. Maybe...either go to school shirtless or...make him swear in the middle of every class he has..." Sadie said, thinking.

"That's too harsh..." Millie said.

"You wanna find your soulmate right?" Sadie asked.

"Yeah?" Millie responded.

"Then you have to give him a hard choice..." Sadie said.

"Ok." Millie said.

Sadie and Millie got dressed as Noah waited for them.

Finn woke up to Caleb knocking on my door. He got up and made his way over to the door, opening it for Caleb.

"Morning Finn..." Caleb said, walking into Finn's room.

"So-" Caleb began before he saw something on Finn's bedside table.

"What's that?" He asked, picking up the note.

"I don't know. What does it say?" Finn asked.

Your soulmate says:

Go to school shirtless or swear in the middle of every class.

"It's weird that I have a soulmate now...3 years after I turned 16..." Finn said sighing.

"Did you give your soulmate a choice?" Caleb asked.

"Yeah..." Finn said.

"What was it?" Caleb.

"I'm not telling you." Finn said.

"Ok. You better choose" Caleb said.

"I'll choose...going to school shirtless. I am not risking my football scholarship over a soulmate." Finn said, not putting on a shirt. He put a jumper over his torso, before putting a pair of shorts. He got some shoes on and grabbed his phone and bag.

"Come on Gaten! We're gonna be late for class!" Caleb shouted.

"I'm almost ready!" Gaten shouted.

"Ready to go shirtless?" Caleb asked Finn.

"Haha. Very funny...not." Finn said rolling his eyes.

The day went by very fast.

Millie got another choice from her soulmate.

Your soulmate says:

Go to the beach and skinny-dip or go to the pool in a bikini.

"Great." Millie said. She wasn't wanting to go to the pool and being around anyone...so she chose the beach...and luckily it was going to be dark by the time she went down there.

Finn also got another choice from his soulmate.

Your soulmate says:

Go to the beach and skinny-dip or go to the pool and get drunk.

Finn hated getting drunk so he went down to the beach in the dark.

As he walked down to the beach, he saw a silhouette of a girl in the water. He wondered why she was there until he looked over at the pile on the beach. She's there skinny-dipping...which means that she's his soulmate.

Both Finn and Millie did what their soulmates asked them to choose between. Before Finn could see his soulmate in the dark, she was gone. Millie saw a boy doing the same thing she was doing, so she quickly ran out of the water and ran back to her dorm with her bag on her back.
