There I was with Apple. Walking in a deep, dark forest. Apple looked as if she wanted to run away because of what happened last time we were in the Dark Forest.
"Uh, Raven, where is the little princess' room," Apple whispered.
"You mean the bathr-"
"Yes! Don't yell it out Raven!" Apple panicked.
"Well, it's everywhere the little 'princess' room' is the whole forest," I stated.
Apple looke embarrassed and she looked like she was about to gag.
"Oh, I guess I will, ahem, go," Apple said with her eyes wide and her ruby lips trembling.
Apple slowly walked to a bush out of sight.
Apple kept on walking, and walking, and walking, trying to pick the right one. She walked until she was out of sight.
I just waited a couple of minutes until I heard someone yelling something.
"Raven!"
I stood up to see who it was. It was a teenage boy with black framed glasses.
"Dexter?!" I yelled.
He seemed to have noticed me and ran up to me.
"Oh Raven, I've missed you so much. The curse has been lifted!" Dexter yelled happily.
"Oh Dex, how did you break the curse?" I asked.
"Cupid made me realize how great you are. Raven, I... I.. I'm in love with you. I love you more than how Briar loves parties, I love you more than how Maddie loves tea, and I love you more than how Blondie loves porridge," Dexter said.
"Oh Dex, I love you too."
"Raven, would you, umm, go out with me... again?" he asked.
"Oh Dexter, you're so... Charming," I said smiling. "Of course I'd go out with you."
We glanced at each other and kissed. He grabbed my waist.
I stopped kissing him and opened my eyes wide.
"Oh no, where's Apple?!"
"Apple?"
"She went to tinkle by a nearby bush!"
"Where did she go?"
I look around.
"She went, that way!"
I grabbed Dexter's hand and started to run.
"APPLE!" We yelled.
We kept on running.
I took heavy breaths and stopped by a tree.
Dexter handed me a bottle of water he had in his bookbag.
"Thanks Dex."
I drank almost a quarter of water.
"Ugh, this is a major fairy fail!" I yelled.
Dexter put his hand on my cheek. I sighed.
We were silent for a second. And then, I heard someone singing.
"In the Dark Forest everything is dark and creepy. Can't my animal friends here my call."
"Apple?! Is that you?!" I yelled.
"Raven! I was scared and, and I was lost and confused," Apple said crying.
Apple hugged me and sobbed.
