Chapter 15: Crash! The Idol Stage!

•Y/N' POV•

"Why you called me Dark Eye?" I ask as I met her somewhere around that I don't even know, walking around in a wooden floor as I watch some staff preparing in the middle of sunset.

"We are here for a competition. I'm gonna need a look out. Joker and Spade are going to competing here with Hachi. I want you to look after Spade for me. Who knows what might happen if he saw me as Ai..." she explain before I went wow.

"Joker, singing? Well that's unusual. Let me guess, he's after something..." I guess before she slowly nod.

"My sisters will be here too... I'm still balancing my time as an assistant and an idol. To tell you the truth, I don't wanna get fired since I... I kinda have a crush on Master Spade..." she blurt before I almost fell on off the stage but she caught me in time and pull me back up.

"You have a crush on Spade?" I repeated before she slowly nod. "Ai... do you sometimes feel pissed off when Spade grab my waist or wrist when he needed to protect me?" I ask before she sigh.

"Of course I do, but not all the time. Just seldom... There's also possible reasons why he do it... 1) He's on to you... 2) He's scared of loosing someone close to him like you... 3) He wants to protect you like a little sister..." she explain further before my eyes almost popped out from the first.

"I would be fine with the 2 and 3 reason, but the first might hurt him... since I'm interested with someone else..." I mention with a nervous look.

"I won't blame him for having an interest in you... Besides, I saw how you care for him the other night when I ask you to take care of him..." she stated before I look to her.

"But Ai, didn't you hear him? Sometimes without you, he felt lonely... I just had to do to make him happy..." I said.

"I guess... Anyways, I have to change... My sister might look for me..." she mention before she pull my wrist and dragged me in the Shuffle Sister's room. That's when she remove her hat and tape from her face.

Then this is where the transformation came up. She was wearing a short dress and she have green eyes and short hair. "You look... pretty..." I complimented before her voice change. "Thanks... But like the boys said, 'You always own the spotlight when it comes to looks'..." she said before I give her a warm smile.

Suddenly, someone barged inside. "Mr.Dark Eye is Ai of the Shuffle Sisters?!?" The small ninja said surprised. "Mr.Hachi?! Shhh! Be quiet!" She said as she put her hand on his mouth, causing him to turn red and fainted.

"Hachi, what's wrong?!" Joker's voice was heard before he caught Ai and me with a passed out ninja. "Y/n?!?"

"So... you knew?" Joker started before I slowly nod. "I'm really sorry for not saying anything... but I'm doing this for Ai..." I added. "How long have you known?"  He ask. "When Spade carried me to you ark in my pajamas...." I said in embarassment.

"So you're splitting time between being a Phantom Thief's assistant and an idol?" He ask again to Ai this time. I won't lie, but he really look good with glasses because I couldn't stop blushing right now.

"Yes. I disguise myself so no one knows I'm an idol..." she answered.

"I still can't believe it! Ai is that 'kyo kyo kyo' bandaged old man!" Hachi complain before I smack the back of his head to calm him dowm. "Please! Don't tell Master Spade I work as an idol!" She begged.

"Huh?" Joker said confused. "I finally became his assistant! I don't want to get fired! Please Mr.Joker!"

"Joker?!?" I suddenly scream when two more girls with blue and pink hair arrive as I heard a high pitch voice. "Wait, aren't you Rei and Kira?" I guess. "Are you telling me that you're Kaitou Joker?!" The pink hair girl ignore me and continue screaming at the magician.
