"Please invite the doctor." My mother smiled at the nurse who adjusted my dextrose' drops.

"Yes, ma'am." The nurse went out of the room and mom's voice filled the air once again.

"Bakit hindi ka nag-iingat?! You should've doubled check the plane para walang crash landing na nangyari!"

I rolled my eyes and covered myself with blanket. Maybe mother got the idea that I'm not in the mood to argue. Masakit ang buong katawan ko at inaantok ako.

Moments later, I heard a knock followed by the nurse' voice a while ago. "She's already asleep, Mrs. Montenegro."

Hindi ko nalang ito pinansin at ipinikit nalang ang aking mata.

"Who's this kid?" I asked Adam curiously as he entered the elevator carrying a child.

My eyes then settled on the woman who entered wearing a face mask and sunglasses. Nakayuko ito at hindi man lang ako tinatapunan ng tingin.

"This is Pete, my son."

Nagulat man ako sa sinabi niya ngunit hindi ko ito pinahalata. Damn, I'm having a bundles of questions!

"She looks like Natasha!" Charles exclaimed as he watch Adam and Tasha danced on the floor.
