I can't even tell what I feel or what I am thinking because literally it's all blank in my head

"Uhh.." that all what came out of my mouth

Why did she want to hug me?

As if she heard my inner question she said

And I hoped she didn't

"A hug release oxytocin in the body and that hormone could help me now because I have an increase in Cortisol hormone" she said like she was explaining the weather or how to calculate 1+1

But all I could think is

"I don't understand"

She completely ignored my confusion and circled her arms around my torso while putting her head on my chest

My heart stoped

And my breath hitched

And I completely froze from the feeling that radiated through me like a million shock went through me, as cliche as it sounds it's true

"You should hug me back so it can work" she broke me out of my trance and I quickly put my hand on her waist

Thinking to myself that it was just for oxy- something like that

And I would take advantage of her proximity as much as I can

Hoping that like she would forget all about it once she get what she wants

I would also forget that feeling that is creeping to a dangerous and of limit zone

So I hugged her impossibly closer to me

That maybe just maybe she is feeling what I am

But when did my wishes ever became real?

"Thank you" she said and drew back and just when our eyes locked and I was searching for something

That mirrored my expression

But none

Just the her beautiful blank face greeted me

Her name was called to come to the stage

She looked into my eyes one last time and completely left

Leaving me gazing at her retreating figure feeling a heavy weight on my chest

When she stood on the stage she looked at me and I drew a smile that I had in my life mastered to hide my pain and tiredness from my family and know I was glad I did it because even the genius Ice princess didn't notice my pain

And she looked away and began her presentation

She held herself with so much elegance and confidence that captured all the crowd attention

They were all in awe at my princess

I heard suddenly a click than a white flash but when I looked around I didn't find anyone and when I was about to go inspect further the crowd began clapping their hands while standing

Even the judges from before.

Cataleya nodded at all of them as a thank you and when the crowed sat down the man judge spoke

"Well Ms. Romano I am so proud your experiments were great and 2/3 are positive that gives us all hope that our worst fear the cancer will be just like a flu I am really impressed and to say a girl your age and alone did all this! well you are really a genius we will give you this time 1 month and a half to find a cancer patient that is willing to test your medicine and we will go with there but this time you have us also to help
