My eyes widened when I saw her

She heard everything

Is she upset?

Or angry?

It's so hard to tell with her cold face

"I don't have the key if you could give it to me and I will leave you, sorry if I disturbed" she said in a monotone voice without a hint of emotion making Elijah scoff

I give him a harsh glare

"Cata.." she didn't let me finish she took the keys from my hand and got out of the door

"She dosen't even care" Eli commented making me raise my fist at his face but I quickly stop

What am I doing he is partially my brother

I looked at him with disappointment swirling in my eyes and I could see the slight regret but it disappeared instantly making me shake my head

And I ran after my princess fearing that she is upset because no one could hear this words and not be effected

But to my shock she was in the car typing on her phone as if nothing happened

Didn't she really care..?

No, No

I should know better, right?

When I entered the car and turned the engine and put the car on the road, I spoke

"I am sor.." I tried to apologise but she caught me off

"You should go tomorrow it's your dream"

"What are you feeling?" I asked her not understanding her

"You could take the day off so you can prepare I won't go anywhere tomorrow, and you can give Damien my number, and I will talk to him on the phone so you don't have to come at all" she said still not looking into my eyes I sigh knowing that she won't tell me what she felt

So I nodded my head changing the topic like she wants "you know as you are my friend I would like if you come tomorrow to my match because it's a really big day in my life"

I asked hopefully

I really wanted her to be there

She finally looked into my eyes and said "ok"

I let out a sigh not knowing I was holding and a big smile graced my lips

Making her look at it for a couple of seconds then turned her head

I would win this thing hopefully  so Cataleya would be impressed

And also I could really make my dream a reality

Here I stand the next day in my sports shorts only looking at the big ass crowd that is cheering for a guy that look like a hulk

He is bigger than me and taller jumping inside the ring preparing himself for our match

My mother and brother were in the front row waiting and the sponsor was in the raw beside them

Cataleya is nowhere to be found

And Elijah is giving me a pep talk "ok you can do this you took much bigger people than him! This is it Noah, the cross point the time we have been waiting for fight for it

I nodded my head at him not forgetting what he said yesterday but he is my brother I can't be upset of him forever

"Cataleya still didn't come" I said to him my voice laced with disappointment and a slight concern

"Forget about her of course she won't come she is just your boss not your girlfriend she doesn't care"

My face frowned

Is he right??

Before I could think more about what he said the announcer said my name and I walked hearing Eli saying "fight N THIS family need you not her"

When I entered the ring I let my eyes roam one more time searching for her wild hair that one could spot from a mile to be disappointed once again by the lack of her presence

So I did the only thing I am good at from the moment my father died express my unwanted feeling into fighting

We bumped my fists together and the fight began

We circled each other and I begin to analyse his body language

That is one thing I learned from  Cataleya, to read the person from his body, she always seem to do it and I realised that it's a pretty good thing

So I realised that his hulk like body isn't in advantage because it's make him slow down

I smirked

The moment he was about to punch I sided him quickly and threw a punch at him

He was shocked at my speed but he composed and was about to throw a punch so I blocked it and without giving a breath I threw a punch and other one

And when he was about to throw one himself

I side step him till I was behind him and with his slow movement he didn't have time to stop my kick on his leg that made him dive face first on the floor

I begin to throw multiple punch on him so he wouldn't do anything and when he was on the verge of blacking out he slapped the floor three times and with that the match ended

The crowd erupted in shears and applaud, I saw Sam and my mother hugging each other and Eli screaming his head cheering more than anyone and the sponsor have a pleased smile while nodding his head and applauding

But I couldn't smile

Nor be happy that I managed to make my dream come true and make my father proud

Because there wasn't a curly big hair in the crowed cheering nor her beautiful eyes filled with pride

My princess wasn't here

She never came
