He was running

Running like a mad man in the middle of the night holding a phone in one of his hands ignoring the pouring rain that hit him and became stronger with the time pass

Ignoring the looks the people were giving him

Just wishing two things

The man on the other end if the phone to pick up and wishing he listened to his boss to give him a car

He would have been there by know

He couldn't curse his luck any longer because he finally arrived at the shady neiberhood that he was used to.

He knocked on the door so hard and repeatedly hopping they will open it quickly

It's a matter of life and death

Finally the door opened revealing a tiered looking Elijah ready to snap at the person who dared to wake him up from his deep slumber

But the moment he saw a drenched looking Damien panting so hard as if he had ran a marathon and he wasn't wrong

"Damien what's wrong?" He asked worried knowing that the look the boy was giving him isn't good

His heart beats increased fearing that something bad happened to his family or in better word Noah's family

"There is a problem Noah isn't responding to his phone and Cataleya is going to give herself to save his life"

Damien said in one beat handing him the threat that he found on Mario's house desk

Thanking god that Cataleya gave him a job as her father assistant

He usually don't snoop on something he wasn't meant to but this piece of paper was in the middle of the desk opened and something told him to read it

And he was thankful he responded to his gut

Elijah's colour drained from his face as he was reading the threat and he knew that Noah won't be happy at all and hopping by the time he reached him his stupid girl wouldn't have given herself

He ran to the car not caring that he was in a pair of shorts with no shirt on in the middle of the rain

He heard the pattern of foots behind him and knew that Damien was behind him

They got in the car and without a second to lose he turned the car on and drove it in high speed

I groaned hearing my phone ringing but then remembered that Cataleya was beside me and I didn't want to wake her up so I begin to pat the table beside the bed
