The next morning, Thea was up early, like normal. She did not have a completely peaceful sleep, even with Nico cuddled up with her. Nico woke up with her since she started thrashing around, even though Nico was holding her. Thea decided to just get up, while, Nico opted to get a bit more sleep; after making sure Thea was okay.

She started working outside, cleaning up the blood and dirt that was leftover from the monsters. She also collected the spoils of war that got left behind. She put them in a box and left them just inside the sliding glass door.

She set up a fire pit and many chairs. She put up tables and grabbed a cooler for the drinks. She then realized she needed to get food, again, for the bonfire. She wrote a note and left to the store, after grabbing some money from her dad's wallet.

Thea bought hot dogs, hotdog buns, ketchup, mustard, relish, marshmallows, chocolate, gram crackers, sodas, chips, candy, watermelon, strawberries, and blueberries, and some small games to have at the bonfire, such as decks of cards and water squirters.

When she returned to the house, it was a little after ten in the morning. With a sigh, she noticed she has been the only one up for five hours. She walked into the kitchen holding the bags and was a bit surprised to see Hope and Davina making everyone breakfast.

"Morning," she said, setting the bags on the counter.

"Hey, Thea. When did you leave?" Hope asked.

"I left a little after nine to get things for the bonfire tonight. I also cleaned everything up from the battle yesterday. The spoils of war are by the sliding glass door," Thea said, "When did you guys wake up?"

"Around 9:30, so not long after you left," Davina replied.

"Great. So what are you guys making?" Thea asked.

"Just scrambled eggs with cheese, with bacon and french toast," Davina said.

"Sounds great. I can help you guys in a bit, I'm just going to put these away first," Thea said.

"You will do no such thing. You can put those away, but then you are going to take a nice relaxing bath. We both know that you did not sleep well last night," Davina said in a tone that made Thea just nod in response.

"What time did you wake up, anyway?" Hope asked concern etched into her face.

"A little after five. Nico woke me up since I was having a nightmare. He fell back to sleep after making sure I was alright. I got up and started preparing for the bonfire," Thea replied, not looking at them as she continues to put away the things she bought.

Both Hope and Davina sigh. They are concerned about their sister/niece. Both are aware of the life she has lived and has yet to actually get a break from.

"Alright, well, go take that relaxing bath, by the time you come back down, breakfast should be done," Davina said with a small smile.

"And you are spending the rest of the day relaxing, the rest of us can set up the bonfire stuff," Hope added.

"It's all mostly done. The things just need to be put out and wood for the fire needs to be gathered and placed," Thea replied.

"Great. Now, go enjoy your bath," Hope said, shoving Thea out of the kitchen and towards the stairs.

Thea entered her room and saw that Nico was sitting up in her bed like he just woke up.

"Hey, Nico," Thea said, walking over to hug him.
