The past month was amazing we just got home last week and so far life has been great. I have a meeting with with the Sicilian, Italian, French, British, and Irish Mafia. Adriana is going to work with Niko at her casino.
"Tommy I'm gonna head out to that stupid meeting. Are you sure you don't wanna join me?" I ask
"Stop calling me that and no I'm not going somewhere I wasn't invited. I already know the meeting is about me."
"Narcissist!" I coughed
"Don't you find it off that we're the only mafia not at this urgent meeting?"
"You aren't their allies so no I don't think so." I shook my head
"I'm not gonna tell you how to run your mafia but I'll warn you to pick a side and stick to it because I know where my loyalties lie."
"Are you threatening me?" I was taken aback
"That's up to you to decide. You should go you'll be late to the meeting. Later!" she grabbed her keys and brushed passed me
I hate when anything mafia comes up because we just butt heads now I'm fucking heated
At meeting
We're gathered around a table in a conference room waiting.
"Thank you all for joining us." Gavin the leader of the Sicilian mafia starts
"Why are we here?" I ask
"Getting to the point I see, well before we start I want you to forget about your newer allegiances."
New allegiances?
"You mean the Russians?" Vincenzo concluded
"Yes, but hear me out first. There's a reason why we have generations of peace, because we had to unite to defend against the Russians."
I already don't like this
"They're already trying to fuck us. This is a map of our territories across the world under Vlad's leadership. See how he's in everyone's territories. Then we came together when his son Vladimir took over. Then they grew smaller in our countries under Aleksandr's leadership but now with their new leader's guidance their influence has grown in all of our territories. They have complete control of New York, they're spread out across the United States and Europe. You've over looked how much they've stretched into our territories. If they aren't dealt with they'll rule the underworld." He warns
Shit I want to disagree because she's my wife but he's right. I hadn't realized how much Adriana's mafia has grown.
"What do you have in mind?" Raphael asked
"Well we can declare war and downsize them. It won't be a take over but it's to get our territory back then we'll move on."
"Can't we negotiate?" Noah reasoned
"Like you negotiated the German territory. She's selfish but I'm not surprised a women in power is this problematic." oh yeah he's a misogamist
"But if she sees we're willing to go to war for our territory she'll be more receptive." Conner defended
"Not at all she's not afraid of war and even with us together she has a lot of fire power." I sighed because I knew this was inevitable
"She fought her own brother and father she doesn't care about anyone but herself!" Gavin added
"She's not selfish she just does things in the best interest of her mafia."
"Are you in or out?" he asked
"I want to negotiate first."
"She already said no when we met last night."
Everyone stared at me and my blood was boiling. How is it I'm so in the dark on her life. I didn't even know she went out last night.
"I have a video."

"We're neutral too shes our best friend." the rest of the room decided
"So you won't interfere at all with our battle?"
"Nope." we said in unison
"Good enough for me." he smirked
He switched the screen to footage of Nikolai, Adriana and other people at her casino
"What is this?" I asked
"Boom." was all he said and it was up in flames
"NO!" I yelled and lunged at him but his men grabbed me
"You can't interfere you chose your side." then I feel a pinch in my neck
