"Kamusta ang mga gagamitin na'tin?" tanong ko kay Jake.

"Lahat na nakahanda, Alpha"

"Mabuti. Pagkagat ng dilim saka tayo lulusob--" napatigil ako at napahawak sa'king dibdib. Kumirot kasi bigla ang sa parte ng puso ko. Mabilis lang pero masakit na parang hiniwa iyon.

"Ayos ka lang, bro?" nag-alalang tanong niya.

Tumango ako.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Bigla na lang kasi kumirot Ang puso ko pero panandalian lang" I smiled at him a little "I'm fine, Jake"

"Raven?" I called, worried.

"I don't know what happened, bro" I can feel he's uneasiness.

I mentally sighed.
"Maybe we just misses our mate"

"Probably" he sounded sad, just like how I feel.

Jake studied me before he nodded reluctantly.
"Okay" he sighed and smiled at me "You got yourself a half-blood for a mate".

I chuckled and smiled proudly.
"Yeah".

Matapos namin spray-han ang mga sarili namin ng isang tubig na binigay sa amin ni Josh. Ito daw ang makakapagpaalis ng amoy namin. Mas mapapadali nito ang paglusob namin. I am curious of where did she get those potions she have. She know I would ask so she just winked at me and run off to Toby.

Some other time maybe and I won't let her escape again.

"Is everyone ready?" I asked my pack warriors.

"Yes, Alpha" they all said in unison. I nodded before I look at the five Alphas beside me.

"We're ready" they said.

Before we leave we bid our goodbyes to our families. Both my parents hugged me tightly as if I will never coming back.

"Please, take care of yourself and bring them home" my mom cried.

"I will, mom" I embraced them again before I pulled back.

My father put his hand on my shoulder that made me look at him. I see my strong and brave old man had watery eyes, smiled at me.
"I am proud to call you my son" he said.

I felt a lone tear drops from eye.
"As I am proud to be your son" he pulled me again for a hug and my mother joined too.

I don't want to feel this but I can't help it. Everything feels bad.

We waved our hands at our family before turning back and marched towards the forest.

It's dark in here but thankfully we're werewolves, kaya may kakayahan kaming makakita sa dilim. Even we're still far from our destination we keep ourselves from making any noises.

We hid behind the bushes as we reached the target area.

I made an eye contact with the other Alphas. They nod telling me they understand before proceeding to the plan. Jansen waved his hand while eyes were closed.

"You only got ten minutes, guys" I heard Jansen's voice in my head.

We all look at him and nodded.

My pack stays with me as well as Jansen while the others walked to their assigned positions.

Nakikita ko na ang mga nangyayari sa loob ng barrier. May kung anong nangyayari sa loob ng templo kaya nagtiripon ang mga bampira. Hindi ko makita dahil sa daming nakaharang.

"Nica! Pakiusap. H'wag mong gawin 'to" my wolf ears perked up with that familiar voice.

"Jansen, matagal pa ba?" I asked impatiently.

"Almost there, Alpha. Don't lost hope on me" I can hear he's struggling to break the barrier.

"Oof, it's time" he said after a minute.

With that we stormed out from the bushes and started to cut the throats of the guards. We are on rush to finish them. It's not that easy, they're quite many.

Maybe they, the vampires who were inside the temple, heard the commotion outside as they all turned to us and start hissing like a snake.

"Kill them" said the voice from behind them. They run to us and we run too, meeting them at the middle.

Groans, howls and hissing filled the forest. Blood covered the green grass while the moon shines from above witnessing how the creatures of the night killing each other like a wild animals.

Believe me it isn't a sight to see.

"Jansen!" sigaw ko habang patuloy na tinatanggalan ng buhay ang bawat bampirang humahara sa aking dinaraanan.

"Andito na" tumabi siya sa'kin at sabay naming nilabanan ang mga bampira sa entrada ng templo.

Nang sa wakas ay nakapasok kami sa templo ay sakto naman nakita namin si Ella na tangkang labanan si Amborgio.

"Ella!" sigaw ko ng makita ang aking kapatid na bigla na lang tumilapon at tumama sa hilira ng mga estatwa.

"Oh, you're here. Why am I not surprise" when I heard his voice my anger grows up.

When I turned my gaze on him that's the time I notice my mate. She's standing right beside him and she had this straight face.

"She's here but why can't I feel her?" Raven asked.

"Something is not right here"

"Mine!" I said with Raven's deep voice.

The corner of his lips twitched up.
"We'll see about that" he said as he let her go "Be free to choose who you want to be with, my love".

She look at him before turning her head to me. I look at her eyes and there's nothing beneath them. It's empty.

"No! She's not my mate" Raven is raging in fury.

"I, Nica Bonabon, reject you  Alpha Richard of Bluemoon as my mate" she said emotionless as if it doesn't hurt her.

"No!" I shouted. Maluha-luhang napahawak ako sa aking dibdib.

"Alpha, don't listen to her. She's not your mate, she's under a spell" Jansen yelled.

"I know but it still hurts" I growled.

I heard someone laugh- oh it's just the bat.
"Sorry not sorry, she will always belongs to me" iginaya niya paharap sa altar si Nica.

Tumakbo ako palapit sa kaniya ngunit may kung anong malakas na pwersa ang tumama sa'kin at tumilapon ako pabalik sa kinape-pwestuhan ko kanina. Pagkatapos may tatlong babaeng magkakamukha ang bigla na lang lumitaw sa harapan namin ni Jansen.

Ang aamo nang kanilang mga mukha. Ngumisi ang mga ito sa'kin. Pagkatapos ay nagbago ang kanilang mga hitsura. Tumalas ang kanilang mga ngipin, naging kulay dilaw rin Ang kanilang mga mata, humaba rin ang dulo ng mga tainga nila pati mga kuko.

Shit! Anong klaseng halimaw ang nasa harapan ko.

"Need some help?" napatingin ako sa tumulong sa'kin sa pagtayo. My friend from Crescent moon pack, Jax along with Alpha Kyron and Alpha Reynald.

"Kami na ang bahala sa tatlong 'to. Now go and get your mate".

Tumakbo ako kasama si Jansen paalis do'n. Muntik na akong mahabol ng isa sa mga triplets mabuti na lang naging maagap si Alpha Kyron at hinarangan ito.

Mas dinoblehan ko pa ang aking pagtakbo hanggang makarating ako sa kanilang likuran. Tinalunan ko agad si Amborgio na siyang dahilan para mabuwal siya sa kinatatayuan niya at nagpagulong-gulong sa sahig. Dali-dali akong tumayo at gano'n rin siya.

"You son of a b*tch" he looked at me with fury. Then his eyes change colors. "I will end your pathetic little life" he let out a warrior cry as he run towards me.
