Nico POV-

I felt sick. It was probably from being around all of these couples. I mean, there was already enough lovey-dovey stuff in our friend group before Jason and Piper and Grover and Juniper got together. And then there's Percy and Annabeth who are practically a couple.

I headed to the nurse's office.

"Hey Mr. Papado-" I stopped short as I walked in the nurses' office. Mr. Papadopoulos wasn't there and instead was replaced by a boy about my age with blonde hair and blue eyes, but not like Jason, much more handsome.

"Hey... Nico isn't it?" He asked. How'd he know me?

"That's me, how'd you know?" I asked.

"I'm Will Solace, we have chemistry together," he answered. Seriously, I had chemistry with this guy, how had I not noticed him before? Oh right, that class is the one I sleep in. Not my fault though, it's the last class of the day, meaning I wasted all my energy on sitting and listening to teachers talk about stupid stuff.

"Okay, then why are you here?" I asked.

"Lester always lets me come work during my study hall, which is his lunch break. Why are you here?"

"Don't feel good, think it's all the stupid soulmate stuff that makes me sick."

He laughed, "you know, one day, when you have a soulmate you'll think differently. You do have a tattoo, right?"

My tattoo?! Thinking about it now made me realize something. A smiley sunshine and a stethoscope. Could it be Will? No, as far as he knew, Will wasn't gay.

"Yeah, I do."

"Cool, me too, but I haven't found my soulmate yet?" His smile turned into a frown. He looked kinda cute.

Then he smiled again, showing off his white teeth, "let's see what's wrong with you Nico."

"I'll have you know that there are many things."

"Nonsense, now lay down on this cot." I did as I was ordered. He pulled out a piece of paper and a pen.

"Name?" He asked.

"Will, you already kn-"

"Name?" I rolled my eyes.

"Shut up," I growled.

"Interesting name," he smiled and wrote on his paper.

"Emergency contact?"

"My sister Bianca," I said. Bianca was always my go to for stuff like that, never my dad.

"What's her phone number?" He asked.

"It's 111-111-1111." (Just go with it!)

"Okay, what's your phone number?" He asked.

"Will, you don't need my number on that form, I should know, I come here very often."

"Who said it was for the form." He winked at me. WILL SOLACE WINKED AT ME! Is that a smile on my face, no, I don't smile. I tried to form a frown again but couldn't.

"Uh oh, is that a smile on Death Breath's face?" Someone said from behind me. I turned around to see Thalia and Reyna walking towards me.

"Haha Pinecone Face," I said, my cheekbones were aching from the smile, but I couldn't form a frown.

"What's got you so happy?" Reyna asked.

"I don't know, just help me!" I screeched.

"With what?" Thalia questioned.

"My cheekbones hurt!" I whined.

"Then don't smile Nico!" Thalia said as of it were obvious.

"I can't not smile! Look!" I tried to form a frown.

"What- what is that- what are you doing?" Reyna asked concerned for whatever face I was making.

"I'm trying to frown!" By now a few more of my friends had crowded around.

"Oh poor Nico!" Piper said.

"Haha, help me!"

"No can do Neeks, just try to smile more often!" Hazel cheered.

"Gods have mercy on my soul!" I screamed. Percy laughed.

"You know, I find this whole situation hilarious, and I'm pretty sure I know why he's sooooo happy," Jason said.

"Why?" Everyone asked. My face paled a bit. There was no way Jason could know, right?

"Because I happened to be walking by the nurses office when I heard Will Solace ask Nico for his number! SOLANGELO!!!!!!!" Jason cried out. My face turned red.

"Wow, just...wow. I never knew my brother was a fan girl," Thalia joked.

"Oh, I totally am! I'm gonna go home and make Solangelo t-shirts now. Anyone want one?" He asked. I ducked down my head.

"I know Silena will, Sparky," Piper said.

"Okay, anyone else?"

"Nope, I still haven't gotten my Percabeth one yet," Grover stated.

"For the last time, they're not coming in til Monday!"

"What's Percabeth?" Percy asked completely oblivious. We all smirked and Annabeth's face turned red, clearly already figuring it out.

"Nothing Seaweed Brain," Annabeth said looking him in the eyes. Percy looked at her and smiled, reminding me of a puppy who just found a home.

"Anyways, back to my t-shirts, anyone want some?" Jason asked.

"Yes!" Percy exclaimed.

"Get one for me and B too," Hazel said.

"Okay, will do," Jason said. By now my smile was gone and replaced by embarrassment. I looked around the courtyard to the school for an escape, I saw Will waving me over. I didn't want to go in fear of being made fun of, but my legs had a different idea.

"Got to go!" I called as I ran towards Will. I heard them all snickering behind me.

They were never gonna let this go.
