"goodbye dear!" my parents shout as i board the train, they always make a big fuss even though this is already my fifth year
"bye mother bye father!" i shout back
"take care of her Crabbe!" my father shouts to vincent like he does every year
He nods and says bye to his own parents
Our parents have been friends for the longest time which meant I would spend time with Crabbe sometimes
Usually right when we got on the train we would go our separate ways but today he said, "come sit with me and my friends"
"uhh why?"
"because they're cool and i think you'd get along with them"
i sigh slightly then answer "ok, but if they're lame i'm leaving"
Crabbe rolls his eyes and leads me to the back of the train
"hey guys" he says as he walks in
There's Pansy sitting next to Blaise and Goyle saving a spot for crabbe i'm assuming and then there's draco sitting alone on the other side
I know them all by name and we've talked occasionally but not really
"hey" they say "you guys know y/n right?" he says as he takes a seat next to goyle
Blaise smiles at me and Pansy smiles as well, "sit down y/n" she says before turning her attention back to blaise
"hi" i say softly as i sit next to draco
he looks up from his hands and doesn't say anything, he just looks at me, studying me almost
right when i'm about to turn my attention away from him he speaks up, "hello" he says in a soft tone
we share a little moment and look into each others eyes before we snap out of it and look away
i blush slightly, "don't tell me you're blushing y/n" crabbe says laughing
"shut up crabbe" i say glaring at him
"so crabbe, why haven't you introduced y/n to us" blaise says looking at crabbe but giving me a side glance and a smile
"dunno" crabbe says shrugging
"well i think shes cute" goyle says as he looks me up and down making me slightly uncomfortable
"umm no thanks" i say giving him a look
"aww come on y/n, lets put that mouth to better use" he smirks
Crabbe nudges him and gives him a disapproving look "ew" i whisper
"shove off goyle, you're making her uncomfortable, don't be gross" draco says glaring at him
i turn to look at draco to give him a look of reassurance that i'm ok but he doesn't break eye contact with goyle
goyle smirks and looks back at me "what do you say y/n, wanna suck my dick at the back of the train?" he laughs
"Goyle!" pansy says in disgust "dude" blaise says annoyed "dude what the fuck, stop" crabbe says
"Goyle i suggest you keep your mouth shut and you keep your eyes and hands off of y/n or i swear ill kill you" draco says in a serious tone
I look at draco but again he holds eye contact with goyle, then i look at pansy and she gives me a slight smile somewhat indicating that draco felt something for me considering how much he was protecting me

"im gonna take y/n for a walk, do you guys want anything from the trolly?" pansy says getting up and reaching for my hand
i place my hand in hers and she pulls me away from the boys and into the small halls
"are you alright? goyle can be a real pig sometimes" she says
"yea it's alright, i would've stood up for myself but draco took care of that" i say laughing lightly
"yea" she laughs, "he likes you, you know"
"what?" i say turning to look at her
"he's seen you around, you know like in our classes and in the common room, and he knew that you and crabbe were close so he asked him to introduce you to us" she smiles
"really?" i say
"yea, and he'll talk about you sometimes, like after class he'll tell us how pretty you looked or something, im guessing that's why goyle was being an ass, to bug draco" she explains
"interesting" i say as i smile lightly
"what do you think of him?" she asks
"honestly, i think hes quite cute and he's very smart... i have had a crush on him for the longest and it's cute how protective he is" i admit shyly
"go for it!" she says excitedly "it's not like he'll reject you" she laughs
"thats true" i laugh
"you guys will be so cute together, and it'll be so nice to have another girl around" she says
"thank you" i smile at my feet
"ready to go back?"
"yea"
"oh wait, i have to get blaise some chocolate frogs" she says as she walks towards the trolly
once she has them we walk back into the compartment where we were all sitting

Pansy takes a seat next to blaise and they share their chocolate frogs while Crabbe and Goyle talk about something stupid
i take a seat next to draco and look at him, he turns and looks down at me "thank you" i whisper as i give him a little smile
"yea" he whispers back and gives me a smile as well

as the train ride goes on draco and i make small talk which eventually leads to me feeling more comfortable around him
then Crabbe and Goyle go off somewhere, we assume they're going to find the trolly, and after a while Pansy and Blaise went to the bathroom, which we all knew what was going on but we acted like we didn't
Draco and I were left sitting alone, again we look at each other for while, somewhat in a trance "you're eyes are really pretty" i say without thinking and it isn't until draco laughs that i notice what i said
"thanks," he laughs "yours are too"
"sorry, that was embarrassing" i say shyly
"no, no... it was cute" he smiles
i laugh a little at the thought of him being so sweet, "what?" he asks
"nothing.... it's just, it's funny seeing you be nice, I always see you around school and you're never this nice to others"
"i'm only nice to the people i like, and i'm the nicest to you" he smirks slightly
i laugh softly looking away, then i let out a small yawn
"you're sleepy?" draco asks looking at me
"yea, i couldn't sleep last night, my owl kept me up" i explain
"sleep right now" he suggest
"the ride is bumpy, if i lean my head against the wall it'll keep smacking into it, its alright." i answer
"well.... you can use me" draco says somewhat shyly
"are you sure?" i smile
"yea... sure" he says as he lifts his arm indicating for me to cuddle into his torso
I do, i rest my head on his chest as our sides lean into each other, i wrap one arm around his torso as his comes down to hug me and hold me in place
"thank you" i whisper contently into his chest
"anytime love" he says as his other hand reaches to play with my hair
"you're very comfortable" i say
he laughs before saying, "go to sleep y/n"
