Disclaimer: Hi guys this is just a quick disclaimer that there's some anxiety attack or panic attack scenes, and if you feel triggered please skip by, I wouldn't want to do that anyone, please.
"Okay, so I need to get back out there and you need to go back to the base"
I blush remembering my earlier thought.. 'I might like him'.
No.
No.
I can't.
That's just stupid.
He would never like me back, he'd probably be grossed out and not know how to handle the situation.
Then I'd possible shrink in size until I disappear.
I don't think....I've ever had much experience in that department.
It's not as if I had much friends to fawn over in school. And this isn't really a fairytale where I fall in love with my bully.
I probably don't have a stupid crush. It's the lack of have any contact with boys that's affecting me.
Yes.
That's it
Oh Jesus.
I snap my head back to the conversation I'm having with him and remember his earlier statement about having to leave.
I roll my eyes about to protest when he puts his finger up and stares down at me.
"No, it's not up for discussion. Marcel will drive you there and I'll be back soon, so in the meantime he'll stay with you as security." He finishes putting his hand down and turning around.
"Bu-",
"Nope! I'll see you there", he shuts me down closing the door behind him with a slam.
Marcel doesn't even like me.
In his eyes I'm some sort of....
Nuisance.
Not a matter, I won't speak or look at him. And I'll have 911 on speed dial just in case.
I walk out of the room back to where the rest of the boys are.
Noah just finished whispering to Marcel probably about me and he huffs rolling his eyes.
I don't like it either dude, but you don't see me pouting about it.
Yo- you just did.
Noah turns around with a grin on his and walks back to the room where Ace is.
Ace...
I need to visit him before I go at least.
He was the least bit nice to me, except for the murderous intent glare and the whole chasing me down the street thing, when we first met.
I walk past them and follow Noah to the room entering quietly stalking up to an unconscious Ace.
"Is he going to be alright?" I ask Noah not turning my back to face him.
I hear a chuckle and laugh from him before he starts speaking.
"Yeah, he's been through this a few times, he can handle a few bullets".
"Aren't you afraid?"
It must put some kind of strain on him wondering every moment is some one is going to kill him or any of his gang members at any time.
"No. It's my role and I was practically raised into this, and my job is to make sure this never happens again. Unfortunately for the other side, they are going to be scared shitless" he says this with finality, not wanting to touch more on the subject.
