Lexa's POV

'What the fuck just happened.' I don't know how long has past since Clarke left but I'm still sitting her wide eyed and breathing heavily. 'So she does feel the same.' I slowly get off up the couch and make my way to the bedroom upstairs. I grab some pajamas and head to take a cold shower to cool myself off. I feel like every inch of me is burning and craving more of her touch. I can't stop thinking about her, I'm not sure what I should do now. 'Maybe knock on her door? Or just go bed even though I'm not going to be able to sleep now?' My racing heart and racking brain making me toss and turn. By the time it was 3 in the morning I'd had enough. I walked down the stairs as quietly as possible to grab a glass of water. A small creek sounded from behind hind me and I jumped.

"Look who's the scared one now," I hear Clarke say from behind me.

"Well, your the one creeping up on me at 3am," I reply turning around to face her.

"So, you can't sleep either?" She asked.

"Yeah," I say, taking a gulp of water.

"What's on your mind?"she asked, moving closer.

"A lot of things," I answer.

"Anything you wanna talk about?" She asked.

"Yeah, I have a question for you," I say, taking a step closer. A felt her breath start to shake as our faces were inches a part. Green met blue and the world went silent, waiting for the question to come. All she she did was nod, biting her lip, holding herself back from kissing me again.

"So, what was that?" I continue, desperately wanting to know how she feels.

"What was what?" she asked, trying to avoid the topic.

"You know what I'm talking about Clarke," I answer, just wanting to know what's going on inside her head.

"It was a kiss," she finally gives in, prancing around the her reason.

"Yeah it was, a really good one too, but why?"

"Alright you wanna know why I kissed you," she raised her voice a little. I slowly nod hesitating at her tone.

"I kissed you because every time you touch me, talk to me, laugh, smile, or even look at me I crave more! And I'm scared because I've never felt this way about anyone, not even Finn," she ends quieter than she began, almost ashamed of what she just admitted. I'm shocked at what I just heard. 'She likes me, and I like her.' I don't hesitate for one more second and smash our lips together, not ever wanting to let go. She kisses me back immediately, backing me into the counter. I flip us around, picking her up and placing siting her on the counter, not once breaking the kiss. I did t know it was possible for kissing Clarke to get better each time. Our lips moved perfectly together, as if we were two puzzle pieces. I couldn't imagine anything tasting or feeling better. After a few minutes Clarke is the one who breaks the kiss.

"I know I would much rather continue this, but I'm not sure what time my mom gets off and I think I can finally sleep now," she says, giving me a small wink.

"Alright, how about we do this another time?" I ask, sending her a wink back.

"I'd love that," she responds hoping down off the counter. She gives me a quick peck on the lips before heading up stairs. I follower her up after a few seconds and head to my room. I'm finally able to fall sleep and this time it's with a smile on my face.

The smell of fresh pancakes filled my nostrils as I awoke into the world. I've never awaking to such a great smell. I look over and check my phone, it's about 10am. I'm usually an earlier riser but since I didn't fall asleep until after 3:30ish, it makes sense. Before I head downstairs I take a quick shower and get dressed for the day. Walking down the stairs I heard the most beautiful laugh coming from the most beautiful girl. Even with her hair messy, no make up, and still in pajamas she look amazing.

"Good morning," Clarke says as she catches me starting at her.

"Morning," I reply, walking over to the and taking a seat at the stool next to her.

"So Lexa this is my mom, Abby," she says pointing towards her mom cooking at the stove.

"Good morning Mrs. Griffin."

"Good morning, and please call me Abby," she says turning around a handing me a plate of pancakes. My mouth waters as I take a bit, I've never had something so good. I've never had someone cook a meal for me while I'm sleeping, it's amazing. I smile at her and continue to munch down on my pancake.

"So what's the plan for today?" Abby asks. I look over at Clarke waiting for her to respond.

"I got a few ideas," Clarke says, winking at me. I small back at her, taking my plate and moving to wash it.

"Oh sweetie, you don't have to do that," Abby saying taking the plate out of my hands.

"It's fine really," I say but she lightly shoves me back out of the kitchen. Clarke garbs my hand and pulls me up the stairs and into her room.

"Hi there," I say as she shuts the door. Before she answered I feel her lips against mine. A passionate kiss that only lasted a few seconds before she pushed me out of the room.

"Ill be back," she says, shutting the door.
