𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓. the three cohen siblings were getting ready, kiowa and luna had both taken days off to support their younger sisters best friend. the youngest cohen had told her siblings about the current drama going on in her life, and instead of throwing empty threats at the people whom had hurt her, they instead gave her advice, offered words of wisdom to their youngest sister, as after all they'd also once been in her shoes.

"are you ready yet, luna. if we wanna get good seats you better hurry up." kiowa yelled to his sister, as both he and aurora waited by the door. soon enough, rushing over to the two was luna, grinning. "c'mon then, losers. let's let going." she said, as the other two walked out the house, leaving luna to lock the door behind her as the hall so piled into kiowas car, making their way to the venue of which the tournament was being held.

once the siblings had made it to the tournament, aurora had told the older two she was gonna go over to the cobra kai gang, as she noticed them finishing up a pep talk being held by their sensei. "alright, we're gonna get our seats." luna said simply as the two walked off, aurora then making her way to her friends. "hey champions, ready to kick some ass." she said, focusing her attention on aisha and miguel, not wanting to talk to eli at the moment as she was still angry and hurt by his actions from yesterday. "rory, you made it." miguel said, as the determined look on his face softened, soon pulling the girl into a hug which she happily returned. "of course, i wasn't about to miss the day that was important to my best friends." she said in an duh tone. aisha smiled widely at the girl, and was about to say something before their sensei called them over. "we better go get ready, see you later?" minguel asked, looking down at the girl. "yeah, defiantly. go kick some ass and bring that trophy home." she said softly, as the two shared smiles, before going their separate ways.

it took a minute but the female eventually found where her siblings were sitting, and seated herself in the middle of them, watching with anticipation as all the karate dojos were introduced by the mc. "from reseda, returning to the tournament we have-" the male began but was soon cut off by the cobras chanting. "cobra kai, cobra kai, cobra kai, cobra kai." as they ran in, standing in a line. however, the next name made her eyes widen in surprise. "and finally, fighting unaffiliated, from north hills, we have mr robby keene." it took aurora a minute to process this before she stood up, cheering for one of her other best friends, this made robby look over at her with a small smile, as she returned it with a bright one and thumbs up.

the first few matches went by pretty quick, and the cohen siblings found themselves cheering extremely loud for the cobras, as well as robby. aurora was quite shocked at how good he was, she was surely going to make sure the two of them had a catch up soon. one of the next matches was eli versus a another karate dojo member and aurora couldn't help but roll her eyes and let a small scoff leave her mouth when he won, taking off his gi top, flexing his back muscles.

"he's a good looking boy, maybe try and get a date with him, he's also been the champ for a few years." luna said to her younger sister, talking about xander, whom had currently just beat aisha and the said female was now walking out, anger evident on her face. the girl wouldn't gone after her, if sam didn't, but she figured the two friends needed to make up. "huh, oh. yeah, i mean he's alright i guess." she shrugged, "he looks good in blue, can't lie there." she mumbled, earning chuckles off of both her siblings.

as the finalists stepped on the stage, xander was soon giving a speech about god knows what, she wasn't really paying much attention as she had a feeling both miguel and robby were gonna end up against each other, and she knew it wouldn't end well. the fight between xander stone and miguel diaz was a intense one, both of them were incredibly good, but in the end, miguel ended up taking the win. aurora already know she wanted robby to win this fight, maybe it would knock eli off his damn high horse. both males had a point each, but soon enough one thing led to another, and eli was soon disqualified for illegal contact. "what an asshole." aurora mumbled angrily. as there was a little break, aurora had told her siblings she was gonna go check on robby.

the girl founded the boy sitting in the locker room, a pained look on his face as he tried to move his shoulder. "i think that might be dislocated." she said, leaning on the door frame, a sympathetic smile on her face. for a moment the boy forgot about his shoulder as he looked to the girl with a soft smile. "hey, princess." he said, as she walked closer, now standing in front of him. "hey champ, you could've told me you were competing, or did you want it to be a surprise." she said with a small chuckle, robby too laughing a little. "i wanted to be a show stealer i guess."  he joked, there soon being a little moment of silence between the two, and before either could speak up, they were interrupted by the presence of another person.

"you remembered to focus." a voice said, making the two jump as aurora took a few steps back. both of them looked to see whom the voice belonged too, seeing no other thang daniel larusso. robby covered up his shoulder as he turned a little more to face the older male. "you had me up on that tree for damn hours." he joked, as aurora smiled slightly. "hey, i'm gonna get going, i'll see you after??" she said softly, as robby nodded his head, grabbing ahold of her hand. "you'll still cheer for me right, princess? even though i'm gonna be competing against your best friend?" he questioned, girl nodded with a small smile, "of course, see you later" she said, walking out of the locker room, making her way back to her seat in between her two older siblings.

auroras eyes were soon on miguel and sam, who looked as if they were arguing again. soon enough, the larussos minus daniel were leaving and aurora couldn't help but bite her bottom lip, feeling slightly anxious as the final match was now happening. it only got more intense after robby scored the first point, miguel had this new found aggression that aurora had never seen before and she couldn't help but be worried, but shook it off, thinking it was only him being in his karate zone.

miguel was now winning with two points and larusso had called time as both senseis had a word with their students. "well, this last match is intense." luna said, kiowa humming in agreement, aurora however was still feeling anxious about the whole match, she didn't care who won, but she knew neither of them were particularly fond of one another, so this was more about it just winning a trophy for them. robby had soon scored another point and as he offered his hand to help miguel up, the said male on pulled at his hand of his bad shoulder, causing robby to groan in pain. "what is he doing." aurora mumbled to himself, this wasn't miguel, he wasn't spiteful or petty. this was cobra kai miguel, not the miguel she knew.

it all happened so fast and soon enough miguel was giving a speech about how he had cobra kai and his sensei to thank. he was the champion. he won. "c'mon, rora we're gonna go congratulate him." her siblings said, luna grabbing her hand, leading them over to where miguel was standing with his family. "aye, that's my boy. i knew you were gonna win." kiowa said, giving miguel one of those weirdo bro hugs as luna too congratulated him. soon the adults went off somewhere else and it was just miguel and aurora. "congrats, champ." she said softly, not wanting to bring up how different he acted. "you got what you wanted, eh?" she questioned, as the boy sighed softly. "yeah, i guess. i just thought maybe i could fix things with sam, but she hates me." he said, causing aurora to roll her eyes. "for once, just forget about her, you literally just won and you're still thinking about her." aurora said, clearly frustrated, shaking her head as she said nothing more and walked off, meeting her siblings outside.

as they made their way home, the girl couldn't help but think about what he said to her the night before, and now he was already thinking about wanting sam back, she was getting tired of being used by miguel and eli when they couldn't find anyone else. when would she finally get what she wanted.
