Chapter 8

Ryan's POV

Today was a weird day. Some kid names Chann or something kept asking where my mate was       Julie is mine. And mine only. Go kill him           I want to know why he wants to know where she is. He said that he was new and she was his friend. He said that she forgot her bag at home and said she would be back but never got there. It's making me a little scared. I didn't see Julie at school. Not in class or at lunch. I think something happened. 

Everyone stop what your doing. Go to the packhouse now.

I said through the pack mind link. I ran out of the school and got in my car. I rushed home, running about 5 red lights and 3 stop signs. I don't care if I get hurt. I want to know where my mate is and if she's ok. 

I run into the house and sit in the meeting room. Soon enough both packs rush in. Rie must have told her mate Lowe to link his pack as well. 

"What happened!" Everyone started saying. They all started asking questions and I couldn't think. 

"ENOUGH" I yelling using my Alpha voice. They all quieted down and bowed their heads looking at the ground. "Something happened to Julie"

"What! What happened" Gem and Jordan said at the same time.

"I don't know. One of her friends said she left her bag at her house so she went to go back and get it. Julie told her friend that she would meet him at lunch. But she never showed. When he told me this I went to the office and they said she never checked in to school today." Everyone gasped and looked at each other confused and scared. " So either she is hurt somewhere or someone took her. So, Lio call all of our best trackers and warriors and send them out. She got a new truck yesterday so be looking for that."

"No, she had my car today. Something happened with our mom so I told her to take my car until she gets her license. So, Look for my car. Not hers." Gem Shouted

" I will send out my best trackers as well. Julie means a lot to all of us," Jaden said as we walked over to me putting a hand on my shoulder "We will find her."

"Thanks. Alright. Have your links open in case anyone finds anything. And stay in groups of two. Let's go." I shouted as I ran out of the house taking my shirt off, tieing it on my ankle and shifting.

Hey Gem... we found your car. It's right outside Banelly Park And beware. It's not good.  Someone said in the mind link. I forgot what I was doing and bolted as fast as I could to the park. The whole time I was running all I could think about was what I was going to find. Is Julie going to be there? Is she going to be alive? I hate not knowing if my baby is ok. 

I shift and put on my shirt that I had tied around my ankle and Lio handed me some Jogger shorts. 

"What happened?" I ask the cops that were surrounding the park.

"Hello Alpha Ryan and Alpha Jaden," The Cop says as he shakes our hands.

"Hello. Can you please tell me what happened to my Trackers car?" I say in my alpha voice

Mate. smell mate. Where mate.     My wolf says scratching to come out and find who took my baby.   I smell her too. She was driving his car. I tell my wolf trying to calm him down even though I am nowhere near being calm.

"We don't know what happened. All we know is this Big Rig hit your tracker's car, sending it flipping over to where it is now. We smell a girl and we also smell 4 other people." He says walking us over to the car

"The girl, She is my mate. Her name is Julie Hespesa, She just turned 17 yesterday. The other 4 people, I only know them as one thing..." I say looking at Gem

"Leaches," the cop says after me

"Wait, you're telling me Vampires took my sister?" Gem shouts out.

"Yes." Lio and Amek say in unison

"Leaches! Leaches took my baby. I-I-I don't even know what to think. You need to go find my mate NOW" I yell.

The cops look at me bow their heads and say "Yes Alpha" Everyone starts to shift again and disappear into the woods around us.

I take my shirt off and start walking into the woods when I feel someone grab my shoulder. I turn around to see Gem "Bring my sister home."  I look at him and I can see hurt in his eyes. I grab his shoulder and say

"That's all that I want." He nods and we shift. I run fast into the woods. 

Where are you, Julie?
