a last message

i cannot even begin to word how sad i am that this story has come to an end :( i have had so much fun reading and writing and editing i never though i would get so many people reading either it's honestly crazy!!!!

just wanna say thank you so much for all the lovely comments about my writing and all the love for the books, they mean the absolute world to me <3

i hope i did them justice and i hope it doesnt bother anyone too much that they had the happiest of endings i cant help myself LMAOOOO i would have regretted it immensely if i did anything but give them the biggest family of their own i think... obviously i had it planned the entire time but after what she said at bill and fleurs wedding it only made sense to me :)

in a way, its what i would have wanted for sirius and ophelia... to have a big family of their own like i said in a flashback in book one so in case it wasnt obvious already.. everythings come full circle <3

[UPDATE: 14/11/20 5:16am LMAO i just linked an edit that i have uploaded on youtube that i made of ophelia fiordalis aka genes mum!!!! in case anyone has found it tricky to imagine her or wants to know how i see her :-)]

i did my best to make this story not so cliche what with her being sirius' daughter bc i know people hate how that trope is overdone but i genuinely really love how it turned out if thats not too vain to say lol

another thing i was really worried about was if my characterisation of ron was going to be good... obviously i kept in sections from the books for canonical purposes but in the parts where hes with gene alone i was never quite sure if i wrote him well so i just really hope i did a decent job!!

its taking me forever to compile songs for each playlist bc i want to really get it right and make sure the songs fit and arent just thrown together half arsed so look out for those!!!

that being said:

gene and ron's songs — first love never dies by soko + all the wild horses by ray lemontagne

sirius and ophelia's songs — this must be the place by the talking heads + thunder by lana del rey (unreleased)

hermione and finn's song — grizzly bear by angus and julia stone

lorelai and draco's song — try tonight by lana del rey (unreleased)

ive been drafting ophelia and sirius' book for the last few weeks but itll likely take me FOREVER and id only post if people wanted me to so let me know hehe

i have also been considering writing about lorelai and draco if that is something anyone is interested in??? ive always wondered what it would be like writing for him and im not entirely sure i would do his complexity any justice but please do let me know what you guys think

i guess im just kind of spewing all my thoughts and feelings into this last authors note to you guys since i dont have anywhere else to say it for now :(

gene and these books really are my babies and i am so glad that they are being received so well by you guys I CANNOT THANK U ALL ENOUGH!!!!!!!! so much love for u guys
