The end of summer was finally here.
Tomorrow's was the day Ivy, and any Hogwarts student, were leaving back to Hogwarts.
She looked around the restaurant.
A couple, were sitting enjoying their love date.
A man drinking grieving for a lost one.
Then a kid was sitting there, on his own.
He looked around 10 years old, Ivy was 12.
She made the drink she loved, and walked towards him.
She put the glass on the table, he jumped slightly, then looked at Ivy.
She smiled down on him.

"On the house" she stopped for a bit, "mind if I sit with you?"

"No, go ahead" he whispered.

"What's on your mind?" She asked, as he sipped on the drink, his eyes shining from the sour drink.

"I...I'm supposed to go to Hogwarts this year... but I'm scared"
I nodded.
I leaned ahead a bit.

"I'm a second year this year" I said, his eyes looking at me immediately, he was interested.

"A Slytherin" I said, showing him a small bracelet I brought before leaving, it had the Slytherin snake.

I lost my smile when I saw Draco's bracelet still attached.

He smiled a bit.

"It may be overwhelming" I started, "Big stuff, places we've never been too, too many people" I shrugged.
"But you'll love it, you'll make wonderful memories, meet new stuff"
I smiled, as if weight was taken off his shoulder.
"But don't get on Snape's bad side, unless you're in Slytherin"
"Who is he?" He asked.
"Potion teacher, and Slytherin Headmaster" he nodded.

"I need help in the back!" I heard Chris call for me.
I got up.
Patting his shoulder.
"Just stay away from trouble and you'll do well"
He nodded, and with that I left to the back.
Unknown to me,
Ailbert was watching our interaction.
All the way through, he had a huge smile on his face.

The next morning, Ivy was up by dawn.
Ailbert was still sleeping peaceful.
She didn't need to leave home until 8am, the train leaves at 11, she can apparat when she's away from Ailbert.
As she was sitting on her mattress, her apron was laying by her side.
She grabbed it.
She was sad she was leaving Ailbert, and the business.
She's of great benefit to him.
She can do almost anything and she never slacks in her work.
She was humble and nice to even the rudest customers.
She felt tears brimming her eyes.
She knew again this year her father would try to make appearance.
She can always feel it.

She quietly got up, Eva perked up, but Ivy shook her head.
She walked to the bathroom.
She looked at her self in the mirror.
Her black hair grew really longer, same color as her father's.
Before it reached her back, now, it's almost below her butt.
He jaw was defined, almost like her father's.
Her eyes had a dull to them.
Her skin was clear.

She opened the drawers, looking for a certain scissor.
Once she found it, she took it out.

"No regrets"
She said, cutting off some of her hair.

Her hair was now by her mid back, bangs caressing her forehead.

Once she was done, she was happy with her achievements.
She grabbed her cut hair, put it in the bin and cleaned the floors.
She then went inside the showers.

She hissed, unfortunately, it was rare that warm water comes out, so she washed hurriedly in cold water.
Once she finished, she changed her clothes, into a more comfortable shorts and oversized shirt.
Making sure the bathroom was clean, she left and walked to the kitchen.
