An Antique Store, A Storm And A Special Child

We were just looking around when it started raining heavily. Everyone started to seek shelter. We too went inside an antique store. The rain seemed to get heavier and heavier and soon it was a full on storm.

We decided to wait in the store. There were many cool things in here so I started to look around. I reached a corner where a kid was sitting. He seemed to be focused on something.

"Hey." I called slowly. He looked up at me.

"Nina the rain stopped. Let's go." My friend called me. The kid looked at me and then went back to focusing.

"No wait. It's starting again." She said. I was confused. Is the kid controlling the rain? No no way. I tapped his shoulder. He looked up again and I looked at the window the rain was slowing down.

"Are you controlling the rain?" I asked. He looked up.

"Yes. Why do you ask?" I looked at him wide eyed.

"How can you do that?" I asked.

"Because I am the son of the God of Rain. I live here with my grandma." He said. Hearing that I got an idea.

"Do you mind telling me your story? I am a literature student. Can I write a story about you? I won't tell anyone that it's real." I told him. He thought about it for some time and then nodded. This is going to be fun.
