" y/n !" huey calls out to me snapping me out of my thoughts
i shoot my head to huey and he mouths to me "you were staring.."
i look back to the direction i was looking and notice i was staring at riley again
i shake my head knowing i had the feelings for the biggest player in school
"s-sorry.." i say feeling guilty knowing we had to be studying
"it's fine .. maybe you should tell him . " huey says passing me the text book we were studying on
"no , never i know he doesn't like me and if i tell him he's just going to play with my feelings."
huey shakes his head "y/n you're really smart i don't understand why you like a nigga like riley.."
i roll my eyes "i know huey.. i know."
"y/n heads up." huey say and points to riley who was coming over to the dining table me and huey were studying at
"wassup ma?" riley says taking my book
"come on riley give it back i'm not in the mood.." i say reaching for the book
"riley leave her alone.." huey says rolling his eyes
"kiss me and i'll give it to you." he smiles down at me
i always blushed when riley flirts with me even though i know he's playing
"n-no just give me my book." i say reaching for it having me get on my tippy toes
"tuh , short ass." he says throwing my book back onto the table
i pull my skirt down and grab my book
"h-huey can you walk me home.." i was irritated at riley , not because he took my book but because he constantly plays with my feelings that's why i'll never tell him i like him it will just get worse
"i cant i have a project to work on." he says grabbing my book bag and placing it on my back for me
"i'll do it.." riley says walking back up to me with his hands in his pocket
huey looks at me before shrugging and walking off

"aight let's go ma." he saying walking out of the door already
i follow behind him , the walk was silent at first
"riley.." i call out to him as were walking
"what." he says sternly
"h-how come you like to play with every girl i don't get it ."
"well , i haven't seen a girl worthy of me yet."

"well except this one girl.." he says and looks back at me
he then stops so we could walk side by side
"r-really tell me about her.."
"well , she doesn't have the most perfect body in the world but i'd settle for that ass ." he says chuckling causing me to roll my eyes
"she's pretty and shy.."
"i didn't know you liked shy girls." i say chuckling
"me neither." he says laughing along
"what else about her?" i ask interesting in riley actually having feelings for a girl
"she's smart , shes kind , and her name is y/n "
"wait w-" before i know it his lips were connected with mine causing my heart to speed up

he pulled away and smiled "see you.." he says walking off
i didn't even notice we were already in front of my house
i opened the door and ran straight to my room locking the door behind me
i jumped on my bed and smiled to myself at the events that just happened
