kageyama- uniform (fluff)

you were the setter for karasuno's girl volleyball team. the star player for the team. your appearance always surprised people when you start to play.

you standing at 4'10, toned and had a baby face. as a first year, people usually underestimate your skill, but you're not a background player. you make yourself stand out whenever you play. your face didnt help with people mistaking you for a benchwarmer.

as a athlete at karasuno, the girls volleyball team was always overlook because of the boys volleyball team. of course this bothered you, but nonetheless you played hard.

in the hallway of school, you talked to Watabe about an upcoming project when the captain, Yui came up to both of you.

"for the match coming up today, can you guys help the team warm up first? I gotta ask my teacher about something." she pleaded.

you had totally forgot about the match at nekoma high. luckily, you had your socks, shoes, and shorts. you had everything except your jersey.

"yui-senpai! I forgot my uniform! I totally forgot about our match today!" you said, facepalming yourself.

you paced back and forth, worrying about how you would play without a uniform.

yui smacked you on the back.

"yah! baka! ask the boys team if any of them can let you borrow their uniform." she said.

the boys team had the same uniform as the girls team, luckily.

you gleamed with a glimmer of hope in your eyes. you raced around the school, trying to find the team asking them for their jersey.

daichi

"daichi-senpai! do you have your volleyball uniform? I forgot mine at home." you asked him with puppy eyes.

he chuckled at your small figure and shook his head.

"sorry y/n-chan. I didnt bring mine." he said.

you looked down in despair but tried other people.

asahi

"asahi s-senpai! do you h-happen to have your volleyball u-uniform? i forgot mine at at-home a-and need one t-to play." you stuttered.

his height towered over you, scaring you a bit. you looked up at him, tears almost coming out of your eyes.

"ah! no sorry y/n-chan." he said, your cute face almost scaring him seeing you so sad.

you felt a tear come down your face. asahi stepped back a bit, worried he said something wrong.

"hey dont cry! let me help you find the other boys and we can ask them together!" he said, worried to make you cry more.

you looked up at him and cried a bit more.

"asahi-senpai, you really do that for me?" you said, running into his big arms.

he was surprised by the sudden hug, but nodded and agreed to help you.

tsukishima and yamaguchi

you and asahi walked down the hall together. you were still crying a bit catching the attention of by passers. asahi got more nervous, feeling like they would assume something that would never happen.
