Chapter Thirteen - The Broken Castle

Y/N's Pov

We have been walking for hours and my feet hurt. I looked up at the sky, noticing the dark clouds. Crap. It's going to rain soon. I thought. I looked at Sesshomaru who was at the front walking with Jaken following not too far behind.

"Sesshomaru. It's going to rain soon, we should find shelter," I called out to him." Sesshomaru didn't say anything nor did he even look back. I glared at his back hoping he will feel it, not like he is going to do anything about it.

I sighed. I don't even want to find my origin but Sesshomaru and the others insisted I should. Not to mention Sesshomaru sure did know something I don't know. I told him about the recent dreams I have been having.

Kaede said my memories might be coming back with my powers. Kagome told me that my demon powers might have been sealed away by someone or something. Sesshomaru did tell me straight forwardly that I am a half demon.

A dog to be exact just like Inuyasha. Inuyasha did tell me when we met he didn't catch any demons scent on me neither Sango or Miroku sensing demon aura around.

I looked up. "How much longer Sesshomaru," I called out to him. He didn't turn around. After a bit he spoke up. "We are nearly there," he said." As soon he said that something dropped on my nose.

I lifted my hand up to wipe it away. When I did my hand was wet. I looked up and suddenly it started raining. I glared at Sesshomaru. He told me to get on A-Un. I lifted myself up on A-Un and the two headed dragon flew up.

Timeskip

We arrived at the castle very quickly. The castle was in ruins. I gasped shocked at the scene. "Sesshomaru, how are we going find anything. The castle is in ruins," I told him." He rolled his eyes.

I glared at him. He is so complicated. I snapped in my head. I followed Sesshomaru into the ruins. Luckily some parts weren't in ruins, so we can take shelter. I sighed. I went behind a wall to get changed I into dry clothes. After changing I put my wet clothes in the bag.

I was really happy that Sango told me to take some clothes. I never thought it would rain. Sesshomaru went somewhere as I was putting the sticks together. Jaken used his staff to build a fire. I sighed. I held out my hands so they could get warmer.

I looked at Jaken who sat near the fire. "Hey, Jaken, do you what Sesshomaru is going to do with this castle?" I asked him." Jaken made no reply. After a bit of silence he spoke up. "No," he muttered."

I sighed. I curled up and watched the fire. Soon my eyes dropped and I fell asleep.
