towering over in all its magnificence.
I couldn't take my eyes away:stories spanning centuries
tucked within the cracks on its walls.Faded speckles of red sprinkled,
for the warrior who had a fall.and broken bricks a vestige
of all the history it had to witness.most admired it from afar,
handful listened to its tale,
none understood it,
all couldn't take their eyes away.since after everything
and despite of it
and maybe even because of it,
it's still there, standing tall,
beautiful as the day it was born.~•~
I saw you today,
sitting gracefully with your tattoos and your scars and the hitch in your voice.
I couldn't take my eyes away.
