"I thought you were getting your own room." Aria said to Emily

It turned out Emily had convinced her mother to go stay with her dad in Texas until the end of the school year, but Pam had only left with the condition that Emily stayed with Hanna at her house so that Ashley could look after her

Pam had left Rosewood a few days ago so Emily had now moved in with Hanna "That was before the pipes went off behind the walls." Emily said

"They had to fix the pipes and put the wall back in, so we're roomies till then." Hanna explained

"It'll be fun." Emily smiled at her

"I know, it's gonna be like a sleepover than never ends." Hanna grinned and the girls shared a look

Spencer decided to change the conversation back to something more serious "Has Garrett called you about Ian's messenger?"

"Not a sound." Emily sighed

"Guys, we dragged Garrett into this." Aria said "We just gotta trust him."

"How do you know we can?" Spencer asked

"Because I do," Lily answered and they all looked surprised. Based off the previous interactions they had seen Lily have with Garret they assumed she hated him

"Why?"

"Because he owes me, he knows better than to cross me because if he did then he's screwed," She shrugged

"Well we're trusting him with Ian's $10,000, and I could've used some of that to replace Melissa's ring." Spencer said

"And if they traced the money from Ian to you?" Hanna asked "How would you explain that?"

"I just don't like waiting." She said "If we're too quiet, "A" will get bored and stir the pot."

"And if we say something, "A" is gonna smack us down." Hanna argued "I don't wanna walk into another "A-stravaganza" like that fashion show."

"God, the look on Mrs. DiLaurentis's face." Emily shook her head

"How's Jason doing it after it all?" Aria asked Lily

"He's okay," She nodded "I can tell he doesn't want to talk about it and I know if he got the chance he would beat the crap out of Noel,"

Hanna nodded and the doorbell rang so she went to answer it

"But for me that fashion show has got to be one of the worst moments of my life," Lily finished

"This... isn't just about making us look like bitches anymore, is it?" Aria asked

"No. It's about keeping us quiet." Spencer said

"Why?"

"Because "A" might really be the one who killed Ali." Emily said and the girls all shared an uncomfortable look. The thought that whoever killed Ali could be the one threatening them was scary as hell, A could kill them all if they wanted to "That's what we're all thinking, isn't it?"

"Why else go through all the trouble of setting up Ian?" Spencer shrugged

"You guys." Hanna came back into the kitchen carrying a gift basket of sweets and chocolate "Look at the card." Emily picked it up and read it out to the others

"What fun. Two little liars under one roof. You're making it so easy. - A"

"Okay this is getting weird," Lily shuddered

"It's not even good candy" Hanna frowned and dumped it into the bin.

"Alright I'm getting out of here, see you guys at school," Lily grabbed her bag and quickly drove home again.
