Everything was like a dream. The moment I walked through the door, the emphatic Spanish music made my ears thump. The chattering of all foreign language mixed with the expensive smell of alcohol. My eyes scanned the room, looking at all the different colours that couldn't brighten the hall.

White spotlights danced and flashed around like lighting, striking a different coloured clothed person. "Excuse me, you walked in without an invitation." Said a familiar voice. "Mm what are you going to do about it," I paused, turning around to stare at my best friend. "Alejandro?" I continued.

"I suppose I could throw you out." He replied, placing a finger on his chin. "Oh, is this how you treat your best friend?" I pouted, sniffling a bit. "I feel offended," I said wiping a fake tear. "Always such a drama queen." Alejandro rolled his jaded eyes and I winked back at him.

"How are you, darling?" He laughed, pulling me into a hug. "I'm fine. I have so much to tell you." I whispered. "Ooo, did you finally get laid?" He pulled away, pinching my cheek. Rolling my eyes, I shook my head 'no'. Alejandro let out an annoyed groan.

"Well, there are many guys over here. Um, oh, what about the Spanish drug lord, heard he has one fine ass." He depicted.

Alejandro walked me around, familiarising me with the area. The deathly glared of the passing people whispered and didn't bother that I could hear every word about me being said.

From the "That's Lamoureux's oldest daughter" to the "I didn't know Theo had an older daughter" and the "She looks like a good sport" I shook the comments away.

Alejandro placed his hand on the small of my back until we reached the bar. He continued naming strong, powerful men, some which I didn't know of yet still disagreed. "Well at least I'm saving the best till last, how about Valerius De Santis?" I blushed through the darkness.

The name alone made me bit my lip and clench my thighs together. "Honestly if you say no to this guy, you are a psychopath, that guy can gladly put me in seven positions in seventy minutes and I'd say 'yes Papi'" Alejandro continued to worship his sex god idol.

I laughed and blushed thinking about Valerius taking me. "Oh, he could even-" He paused, studying my face through the clouded mist of light from the bar. "Wait a god damn minute-" He said smiling.

"Oh my god, you like Val-" I covered his mouth with my hand, afraid someone may hear but he still continued his excitement, mumbling and screeching. Alejandro pushed my hand away and left his mouth agape. "Shut it, Dieu, you have a big mouth." I sighed, rubbing my forehead.

"That belongs to Riccardo," He winked. "Oh my god, it makes sense why Riccardo was saying you were at the Santis Mansion. Did you get freaky there?" He asked nudging me on the shoulder.

I didn't say a word as I reminisced about all the scandalous acts we did. "Holy sweet baby Jesús, Shira Lamoureux you naughty girl." He teased, pointing his finger at me.

"I'm quite offended how you, missy, didn't tell me anything, like nothing at all! Was he keeping you that busy, huh?" He winked again. "Stop, go find Riccardo. I need to find Abella." I blushed, averting the conversation.

"Abella, huh, not Valerius." He whispered in my ear. "Alejandro!" I exclaimed, my eyes opened surprised. "Hey don't scream my name, scream his." With that being said he left, leaving me smiling like an idiot.

-

As soon as Alejandro had left, I was introduced to many men. Their intentions were obvious and they failed miserably trying to cover it up. I rejected each and every one of them as I had only one desired man.

The man who organised this party was José Santiago, a well know man and a friend of my Papa. He had offered me a dance and I accepted. Sure, it looked weird for a divorced old man to be dancing with a young woman like me but I did it out of respect.

The traditional dance was simple as it was considered slow. Every time there was a spin we swapped partners. Some I had a good conversation with yet some were debauchee, their hands would try to travel as low as possible. It was uncomfortable.

The next man spun me too hard that I nearly lost balance until a familiar form hand had caught me. "Shira?" That voice made me want to fall back down again. I glanced up and there they were, the same prussian blue eyes I searched for. "Val." I smiled.

"Amore, what are you doing here?" He said, pulling me into his chest, his firm hands resting on my back whilst mine wrapped themselves around his neck. "I'm stubborn, so I came here to enjoy myself," I said truthfully.

"I told you that it's dangerous here," He said soothingly, I decided to play with his hair a bit. "Oops," I pouted. "Cazzo, you look sexy, I want to make that slit of yours here," He paused, tracing his fingertip along the exposed skin. "Even longer." He whispered against my ear.

"Mm, I want to go home now." I kissed his exposed neck, softly. "Behave, Shira, you're playing with fire here."  He chuckled darkly, his whiskey breath fanning my face. "Well, the devil loves to play with fire," I smirked.

I was about to swap, however, as I turned around to spin, Valerius pulled my arm making my back hit his hard front. "Where do you think you're going, Miss Devil?" Valerius whispered in my ear, biting the cuff of my ear tamely.
