SIX YEARS LATER
"Valerius! Valeria!" I called out for the fifth time. "Dinner is ready!" Nailea laughed as she helped bring the plates to the table. "I'm going to check up on them. Dios, knows what they are doing up there." Wiping my hands on the kitchen cloth, I scurry upstairs, hearing giggles behind the boys' door, I open the door.
"Valerius, what are you doing?" Valeria was sat in Valerius's lap playing with his gun. "It has its safety on." Zander and Adryan sprinted to me and hugged me. "Valeria, dinner is ready, I made your favourite." Valeria smiled and giggled following her brothers downstairs to, also, meet her grandparents.
"Mama will meet you downstairs in a bit, mes fils." Closing the door after they all went downstairs, I crossed my arms at Valerius, who strained a smile, knowing very well he fucked up. "Before you can rant at me, it was safe to use."
"Val, she's six." Valerius wrapped his arms around my waist, smudging our nose in an Eskimo kiss. "I know, it won't happen again. I'm sorry." Valerius apologised. I wrapped my arms around his neck and smiled before I kissed his lips.
"Bad idea, baby, now we won't be going downstairs any time soon." Pulling away from Valerius, I left the room before my lustful side took over.

"Amore mio, guess what!" Angelo kissed the side of my cheek and hugged me tightly. He hasn't stopped with the 'amore mio' even though he is thirteen now. "What, Angelo?" I said with the same amount of excitement.
"Nothing, I just wanted to kiss you." He winked, "Angelo, your brother is going to kill you for playing the charmer." I chuckled, cleaning up the table. "I'm not playing, it's just a talent of mine." He winked again.
"Angelo, you have school tomorrow, go to sleep and stop hitting on my wife." Valerius said, he was leaning against the pillar of the kitchen, his posture lazy but hot. He could dress up like a mushroom and I would still find him sexy.
Angelo chuckled and threw his hands up in surrender before walking away. "Night, amore mio," Angelo blew a kiss and Valerius threw a small slap on his head. "Oh and Valval, your wife still prefers me to you." Angelo ran up the stairs before Valerius could catch him.
"He is obsessed with you. It's scary." Valerius strode to me and kiss the side of my neck as I began folding the tea towels. "No, he is following the Santis gene." Tidily placing the tea towels on the rack, Valerius rubbed his nose up and down the length of my neck.
"And what is that gene?" He groaned pulling my hips against his front, "Being possessive and jealous." Valerius chuckled in my ear, causing goosebumps to form on my skin. "Possessive and jealous, huh?" His raspy voice was sure giving me chills like I was meeting him for the first time.
"Us, Santis', don't like sharing what's theirs, amore. I only share you between me myself and I." My legs were on the verge of melting, his hands caressed my arms and he pecked the side of my neck tenderly. "Papa!" Valeria ran down the stairs, screaming for Valerius.
Valerius pulled away and looked over to find Valeria rushing down the last couple of steps before she sprinted her way to him, "Papa, Papa, Papa." Valeria lifted her arms, asking to be lifted up as always.
"Si, principessa. Why are you crying?" Valerius cooed while I stroked Valeria's hair, "I'm scared of my closet, Papa." Valeria is a huge daddy's girl if you could tell already. When she was born, she had a stronger grip than Zander and Adryan had so we named her Valeria. It meant strong and bravery, just like her Papa's name.
(Translation: yes, princess.)
"Aww, ma fille, Mama and Papa are here, you can sleep next to us," I said, kissing her cheeks, making her smile. Sometimes, Valeria would do it on purpose but either way, we let her.
Even though she is a devil's child, she's a sweetheart at times. "Mama, can I have cuddles?" She was a lover of cuddles and kisses. "Of course, ma fille, I'll give you lots and lots of cuddles." My arms wrapped around her small frame.
"Maybe some tickles too." I said tickling her chest and cheeks. "Mama...stop... it tickles." Valeria squirmed in Valerius's arms. Her laughter echoed, blessing our home with her happiness.
"Leave my princess alone." Valerius smiled, "Come, Valeria, Papa will tuck you in." Valerius grasped my hand before going up the stairs. Valeria wrapped her arms around Valerius's neck and yawned.
"Tired, princess?" I asked. Valerius needed to change so I held Valeria. She nodded and hummed, pouting her lips meant she wanted something.
"Cuddles?" Her doe eyes and long lashes looked up at me and obviously, I couldn't say no. Tucking her inside, I removed my night robe before hopping in bed beside her.
Wrapping an arm around Valeria, she snuggled into my chest. Valerius smiled and got in bed too. "Sleep well, my princess." He whispered before kissing her head. Valerius wrapped his hand around Valeria and rubbed my arm. "Good night, Mama." Valeria whispered, "Good night, ma fille." I kissed her head.
After a while, Valeria was fast asleep on my chest, "Our strong girl." Valerius whispered, not trying to wake up. "Our little girl is growing up fast, amore," She was. It felt like it was yesterday when I came back from the hospital with her in my arms and Zander and Adryan was over the moon.
"I bet when she's older she'll find herself a lovely husband." Valerius frowned and shook his head, "No, no, no. No boys. She'll only have her Papa with her." Valerius tucked a loose strand of her raven hair out of her face. "Val," I said thinking what he said was overly dramatic.
"I'll decide." Shaking my head, I pulled the blanket over Valeria. Yawning, Valerius tucked me in, "Good night, amore." Valerius rubbed up and down my arm and wishing him good night too, I kissed his knuckles before sleep embraced us.
