"Y-yamaguchi?" I looked up and saw the freckle faced boy.
"Ah- yeah... I was a bit sick today but I had the strength to come back!" Yamaguchi responded.
I'm sure he came back for other reasons, but i have somewhere to be right now.
"Ooh okay, well I'll be heading out now. I'll talk to you tomorrow!" I mentioned.
Suddenly, a hand gripped my wrist, preventing game from moving any further.
"Wait, Yachi! Uhm, you didn't answer my question. What happened to you?!" Yamaguchi cried out. He looked at Yachi with disbelief, thinking why is she hurt so badly?
All I could do was just stare at him.
What could a person like me possibly say?
I got beat up by your volleyball manager? She told me not to say a word to the team!
No! Of course not!
At this point, I was unaware that all my emotions were coming out all at once.
Tears started falling once again off my delicate face. Argh! I didn't want to look like a frail crybaby.
"Oh- I... I'm sorry-" I sniffed in between pauses, trying my hardest not to cry in front of him. My voice was breaking at this rate..
"Yachi, you can tell me anything! We're friends, after all..." Yamaguchi interrupted.
"Shoot! I didn't mean to cut off your sentence. Go on." He quickly noted, feeling gulity.
YAMAGUCHI'S POV:
I felt horrible. It seemed like I was making her comfortable.
This conversation seemed awkward enough...

"I-I fell off the stairs! I'm just very clumsy in general, you know t-that! So don't worry about me..! I'll be going off now," Yachi smiled sadly, wandering off to my side.
