A.J.M. August is a Filipino-American author from the United States. She grew up in the state of Ohio and lived most of her life there.
A New Dilemma is her eighth book following Catalon, which she recently finished. She hails as the sole writer of the entire Imitai series and has been working it to perfection since day one back in December 2004. Next to writing the Imitai series, she is currently in process of writing her first fanfiction as well as an array of other novels.
A.J. currently lives in El Paso, Texas. She is serving in the military.
