Debby Hearts is my child Cuphead OC. She is the daughter of King Dice and Devil and Diana's sister. Debby is also a little troublemaker demon and everyone from Devil's Casino treat her well. She may not be old enough to play casino game and gamble, but she enjoys watching King Dice teach her to play cards. Debby sometimes mess with Devil's contracts by drawing on them and dress up one of his little demon minions. she also messes with Diana's make up and nail polish. Although Devil and Diana can't stand her, they still love her.
Debby has the power to summon fire and use her cards as weapons. She also makes her cards come alive using her eyes when they turn purple.
