Chapter 3. A walk home

I opened my eyes...
I was back in the hospital...
I heard three people breathing...
Then someone else entered the room...
"My my they are all asleep poor dears"
I sat up remembering the voice...
"Hello recovery girl"
"Oh hello dear how are you feeling"
"Tired as usual, do you have any coffee?"
"Yes I do I'll go grab some for you"
"Thank you"
I sat there looking down...
I listened and checked the air...
there were three people in the room...
There was one person next to me... asleep.
There was someone in the bed next to mine... asleep.
There was someone next to their bed... awake.
I continued to look down... it was someone small and boney...
"Who is there"
"...all might"
"Don't sound like him"
"This is my true form"
"Oh ok fun"
"...so... your quirk has quite the downfall"
I wasn't listening to him...
I looked into his mind...
Why does she act so coldly towards me?
"I have two quirks..."
"Oh?"
"Elements is my mums side... telekinesis is from my dads"
"..."
"Around nine years ago... do you remember a little girl walking up to you?"
"Yes"
"Do you remember her asking if you could stop her mummy from being mean..."
"I-..."
"Do you remember laughing it off thinking her mummy just told her off for something" I said getting angry, my arms were starting to shake and my hand were balled into fists...
"Did you know that without even asking what the problem was or looking into I went home... and my mother... she... is the reason... YOU are the reason I'm like this" I yelled tears coming to my eyes...
I accidentally woke the other two people up...
"Huh who's yelling? Oh a-all might" I heard midoriya say.
"Wha- oh machi- wait" I heard tokoyami next to me as I stood up... I fell over... and walked out...
I stomped out wiping the tears from my eyes...
Then I bumped into someone...
"Sorry" I whispered then kept moving feeling the movement in the air so I wouldn't bump into anyone else.
"Machi wait" I heard aizawa say.
I paused and sighed.
"Yes?"
"Are you alright?"
"...no" i said honestly... aizawa reminded me of my dad.
"Do you want me to walk you home or someone else" I really did want some company on the way home but if mum saw him she will think I called the cops on her...
"I wish you could but..."
I was interrupted..
"Machi wait do you want to walk home together" I paused at the sound of tokoyamis voice...
I looked at the ground thinking...
"Yes I think that would be a good idea tokoyami" aizawa said then walked off...
I sighed and walked forward...
"Hey that fight was impressive" he said walking beside me.
"I guess... I have a few questions"
"Yes?"
"What's your quirk?"
"Dark shadow, he's like a pet or shadow with a personality... but he grows stronger and harder to control in the dark" he explained.
"Hi you must be the pretty girl from before I'm dark shadow" i heard something say.
I jumped and my eyes widened, I was facing straight ahead not knowing where to look...
I tryed to sense it in the air...
but there was nothing...
I started to freak out...
"DARK SHADOW you have to stop scaring people like that" tokoyami said
"Hey are you ok?" He asked with his hand on my shoulder
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you" I took a deep breath calming myself...
If I'm not carful he will find out I'm blind...
I looked at the ground and mumbled...
"I'm fine" I closed my eyes and kept walking...
I dodged a person running past me...
I walked across a rode dodging cars...
"Hey what's wrong? You can tell me... before I heard you yelling at all might what was that about?" I stopped in my tracks... my house was around the corner...
"I... I've only heard one person say that to me... you can tell me... why... why are you so interested in me... why do you act like you care about me?"
"I- I don't act, I do care"
I stayed still...
"I-no no one has ever cared about me... they have only pitied me...except for dad"
"Well I'm the second"
"... I'll tell you someday"
"Ok but can I get your number?"
I pause...
"I don't have a phone"
"...oh ok I'll pick you up tomorrow then?"
"Ok meet me here and here only"
"Alright good bye"
"Bye"

I entered the house...
"YOU WENT TO THAT DAMN SCHOOL?!"
"Yes" I said plainly walking up to my room.
"WHAT IF I NEED MORE BEER"
"Go get is yourself or wait for me to get home"
"DONT BACK CHAT ME GO TO YOUR ROOM"
I left for my room and collapsed on my bed falling asleep instantly dreaming about that boys voice echoing in my head...
