Part 21: internships

I woke up in my bed.
In my bed in Shota Aizawas home.
I sat up and stretched.
I sighed and sat there.
Over the past week it had been hectic.

When I was at home Tamaki and Shinsou were always by my side.

At school Fumikage, Katsuki, Mineta and Mina were constantly surrounding me.

I like how my friends were protective of me.

I didn't like how they would pity me and treat me like I was a child.

Fumi would not let me out of his sight.

Mina was always describing things around me.

People complained about Mineta being with me.
Even though every time someone would purposely bump into me or tease me they would always end up with a sticky purple ball in their hair and on their feet, sticking them down.

Bakugo was the only one who still treated me like me.
He would grumble if I pushed him away but he would accept it and he would keep everyone else away.

I stood up and stumbled out of the room.
My senses had been slowly coming back to me.
I used the air to guide me out side.

I breathed in fresh air and I loved it.

I sat down on the wet grass.

What colour was it again?

She's sitting in the grass again
I heard Shotas thoughts.

I should go see if she's ok
Shinsou thought.

Is she okay?
Tamaki.

I sighed, not able to get piece and quiet anymore.

I stood up and walked back in.

"Hey Machi, it's internship day today" Tamaki said semi-cheerfully.

I smiled grimly.

"Yay" I spoke flatly.

Shota handed me a cup of tea and I drank it then left, Tamaki linked arms with me and we left.

I listened to my surroundings.

I didn't pay attention to Tamaki talking to me, or the friends saying hello.

My brain wasn't functioning properly.

My head was spinning.

I sighed and closed my eyes with no point of keeping them open.

It was only when Tamaki nudged me I paid attention.

"Hello there you must be Machi, Tamaki and Ejiro talk about you a lot" I heard the pro hero Fat Gum say.

Tamaki pulled a chair up for me then left the room.

"So Machi what's your quirk?"
I don't know about this, she looks pretty helpless

I winced at his thoughts.

I sighed.

"I... have multiple quirks, my full name is Machigai Sui Shigaraki, my first quirk is Elements as you saw at the sports festival, my second is telekinesis, and I'm not too sure about my other ones but I do know I have more than that" I explained.

He was silent for a bit.

"Alright we better get to it then!" He stood up excitedly.

"Get your hero outfit and let's go"

I sighed.

God where's Tokoyami when you need him?
