Part 13: shopping trip!!!!!

hello my children I am alive and here is a new chapter!!

it had been a few days since the incident and I had been staying at the aizawas house.

shota (he allowed me to call him by his first name) was walking shinsou, tamaki and I to school.

tamaki was holding my hand and shinsou had his hand on my shoulder, after they learned what happened to me at the sports festival they only allowed me to use my quirk when necessary or in training, same with the rest of the class.

on the way to the classroom I heard various comments.

"is that the blind girl?"

"yea that would explain the two boys with her"

"what about eraser head?"

"yea they look like their related"

"same with shinsou, with the eye bags and everything I wonder if their all a family"

I smiled at that last comment.

we reached class an I said good bye to shinsou and tamaki while shota guided me to my seat.

the lesson went by and I took it all in, then he announced a camp.

everyone was super excited and mina suggested we all go shopping.

they convinced me to come along on one condition.

bakugo and Todoroki had to come along.

they all agreed and we all met up after school.

the shopping center was busy and tokoyami was holding my hand.

then we all split up into groups.

tokoyami went with shoji, koda and ojiro.

I was with bakugo Todoroki and mineta.

"ew why is the grape with us" bakugo said disgusted.

"well I have a friend who works here and I think she would like mineta" I said happily.

"what? really?! thank you machi your the best" he jumped in the air happily.

"but first lets go shopping!" I explain and we all leave.

Todoroki holds my hand the entire time and bakugo and mineta yell at people to move out of the way.

we reach a shop and mineta and bakugo buy some clothes using endevors card.

then we go to a plushy store and I buy a hawks plushy also with endevors card.

we continue to shop around for a while then we make our way to the bakery.

we all sit down and we all order.

then I ask to see the second in charge.

I could tell the boys all look at me strangely but I ignore it.

then she arrives.

"MACHI" my friend zoe squeals.

"ZOE" I squeal back.

I get down on one knee to hug her because of her height.

from what shes told me she had pink curly hair up to her shoulders and she is much smaller than average height.

"ooohhhh who are these hotties" she says to me pulling away from the hug.

"haha stop perving, any way mineta come over ill introduce you" I say still on my knees.

he gets down from his chair and shakes her hand.

"so zoe this is minoru mineta, mineta this is zoe anari"
"H-hi there your really pretty" he stuttered
"Aw thank you your pretty cute yourself"
I feel the boys look at me in surprise but I chose to ignore it.

"Hold on I'll go find tokoyami and the gang and see if they want to come have lunch" I tell them and I hear todoroki huff.
"Wait I'll come with you" he said standing up.
"Alright let's go" he grabs my hand and we walk out.
As we are looking around for the rest of the group todoroki starts a conversation.
"So... you live with mr aizawa now?"
"Yea I do"
"... do you like it there?"
"Yea it's great! Shinsou and tamaki often take care of me when sho- I mean aizawa or hizashi arnt around"
"Who's hizashi?"
"Oh aizawas husband, present mic"
"Oh I didn't know he was married"
"Well yea he is"
We stay silent for a while.
"Soo..." he started
"Yes?"
"Would you... um like to go... out sometime? Like on a date?"
I freeze...
Not because of the question.
I barely hear the question.
"Hold on I'll be back" I say turning my quirk on and walking the opposite direction.
I walk to the middle of the plaza.
I find a duo of people and the air around them is tight.
Then I hear a wheeze.
I smile knowing who it was.
"Shiggy, shiggy, shiggy, I'm disappointed, first encounter we have you attack me and my friends and you barely noticed me, now your here doing who knows what" I say to him.
He released the hold on the person he had in his grasp and stands up and turns to me.
"Is that you machigai? Wow it's been what? Ten years? More?" He laughs his raspy laugh.
"You really need to do something about that throat of yours, now who have you got there?" I ask concerned.
"It's... me Machi" midoriya says inhaling.
"Alright shig I think you should leave now so you don't get caught" I whisper to him, I pat him on the head as he leaves, I somehow knew he was smiling. I always know when my cousin is happy.
I kneel next to midoriya patting him on the back.
"What were... you two talking... about?" He asked, I realise he didn't hear our conversation.
"I was telling him to piss off"
Todoroki come over soon after and calls the police.
Then midoriya was being interviewed by the police.
But I stepped back into the crowd not knowing what to do with myself.
I don't fully know the way back to shotas house yet.
But I can't face my class.
I can't face Tokoyami.
So I walk back to the only home I really know.
I arrive at my mothers house...
Bad memories flood in along with the smell of alcohol.
I crawl under my bed remembering...
All the times tomura and I would play together as kids.
Being watched over one of the people I despised the most.
My grandfather...
