"Oh, it is you. Long time no see, man"

Sean Shin
Alumnus of Eunjang middle school

He glanced over at Eugene Gale, Rowan Im, and (Y/n) (L/n). Who were wondering who the guy was.

"Why's he hanging around with losers?" Sean thought to himself before moving his eyes at (Y/n).

"Huh? Is that his girlfriend? She's pretty cute" he thought before looking at Alex Go.

"What happened to the fighter Alex Go I used to know? Did he die or something? Why are you with such losers? And her, is that your girlfriend? Why would she be with someone like you? She's deserves better" he commented as Alex began to clench his fist.

"Wait, are they your minions?" Sean added before looking to the side and letting out a puff of air "Right... They must be. You beat them up..."

"...And they became your-- ARGH!" he got cut off by Alex quickly throwing a punch at him with no emotion whatsoever.

Sean whipped his head back as he lifted his hand to prevent his nose from bleeding.

"W-What the heck was that for?!" he exclaimed as Alex went quiet for a moment before his entire mood changed.

"I don't recall us being close enough to say hi to each other" he spoke as he changed his tone and (Y/n), Eugene, and Rowan were all watching in silence.

Sean stayed quiet again, he didn't respond except just trying to prevent his nose from continuing to bleed.

"Ha... You sure are something. Can't believe you have the nerve to talk to me"

"Do you have anything more to say? 'Cause I don't" just as Alex finished, Sean walked away from them as he swore under his breath.

There was a silence in the air, but it was soon broken by (Y/n) getting up from the bench and walking towards Alex.

"Hey, Alex. Are you okay?" she asked with worry in her tone.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about it" he answered as he looked at her and gave her a small smile before turning around at Rowan and Eugene.

"...But I think I should head off first. See you tomorrow" he told them as he gave them a closed eyed smile.

"Oh, okay..." both Eugene and Rowan answered as Alex walked away with his hands in his pockets.

The small smile that was on his face slowly disappeared as he kept walking with his head down.

The words that Ben said the other day replayed in Alex's head while he kept walking.
