Second Form: Falling Petals: Horizontal Slashes, cutting the opponent into pieces.
Third Form: Wisteria Storm: The swordsman uses his arm to slash around his body to create wisteria petals around him that slices up everything in its path.
Fourth Form: Dark woods bloom strike: Able to strike multiple times as the petals turn black.
Fifth Form: Blossoms tender breeze: A gentle death with no pain, as a tender breeze blossoms wisteria petals grows on the opponent slowly.

Fifth form: Webbed Surface slice: A clean Horizontal slice.
Sixth form: Twisted Spider: The Slashes gets stronger with every hit, until it takes the form of a huge spider. Then it attacks the opponent directly.
Your blood arts will be revealed in the story, but just in case your wondering you have Rui's blood art and Nezuko's art along with your own.
