2 year old Lexi-Mae was living with her two parents, Tony Stark and Pepper Potts.

Pepper Potts was the assistant to billionaire Tony Stark when the two began having romantic relations. After a while, the two began to form a romantic relationship which soon led to having a daughter - Lexi-Mae Marie Stark.
After the birth of their daughter, Pepper Potts stayed working for Stark to spend more time with Lexi.
Of course, with Lexi's two parents being very busy, they couldn't always take care of her - meaning Happy Hogan, (Stark's bodyguard and closest friend) occasionally stepped in to help.
Eventually, Lexi's parents stepped in more and kept an eye on their mischievous daughter.
