Ike slowly patted Juola's head as she sniffed. She had found herself crying when Juola told her the story of his mom.

She couldn't bring herself to say anything. All she could do was to comfort him. She kept on crying wondering how he must have felt when he saw his mom's dead body. He was only 12.

After texting her parents that she would be back late, she followed him back home. And he fell asleep on her laps.

Doctor's John words kept echoing in her head. How would he feel if she was gone? Would he loose focus like when he lost his mom? Would he return back to been lonesome and quiet? What would he do?

More tears kept running down Ike's eyes as she continued patting Juola's head. She didn't want to leave him. She wanted to stay with him forever but forevers didn't exist in her dictionary.

"Ike, don't leave me the way my mom did" Juola whispered as Ike clamped her hands over her mouth trying to stifle back her sobs.

Her heart was in disarray and her mind in a mess. She didn't stop petting his head as she used her other hand to cover her mouth. She couldn't stop crying.

Ike had never cried because of her situation before. It was the very first time she hated the fact that she had leukamia. Before she was always indifferent to the fact. After all, everyone was going to die one day.

"Juola" Ike called out slowly and received no answer.

"Juola" she tried again and yet no answer. The handsome boy in her laps had fallen asleep.

"Juola, I want to tell you something" Ike said into the quiet room as more tears slid down her cheeks. She sniffed quietly as she continued.

"I like you. No I love you. With everything I've got. Everything I have. I want to be with you for forever. I want to stay by your side and be with you all the way but I can't" Ike added as more tears streamed down her cheeks.

"I have leukamia. And I have two weeks left. I'm going to die in two weeks. I'm not going to be with you all the way. After two weeks, I'll be a cold body six feet under. I'm sorry I can't be there for you. I'm sorry I won't be there to hold your hands and tell you, you'll be fine. I won't get to see you smile or laugh after two weeks Juola" Ike said as more tears slid down her cheeks.

"I am going to die Juwon. I am going to die" Ike added as more tears ran down her cheeks rapidly. Her chest heaved upwards and downwards and as soon as she realized that her tears could wake up the sleeping figure, she placed his head on the bed and ran out of the room.

Several minutes after Ike had left, the sleeping figure slowly opened his eyes and sat up on the bed. His eyes held no emotion and as he turned, his eyes caught the figure of a picture frame of a laughing teenager.

"So you are going to take this one again?" Juola asked as he stood up and kicked the nearest glass tool near him.

The glass table flew towards the wall and smashed into pieces. Juola kicked the next stool and everything he set his eyes upon as tears ran down his cheeks.

The smashing sounds seemed to echo in the whole mansion and several bodyguards rushed into the room.

Different things were flying everywhere as Juola kept kicking everything in his way. He punched the wall in anger.

"Damn you!" He screamed as he walked out of the room forgetting that he wasn't wearing a slippers. He stepped on a glass shard but he didn't seem to feel the pain and stepped out of the house.

The dark skies suddenly rumbled and an heavy down pour began as Juola walked in a rain, a trail of blood washing after him.

He arrived at a church and stepped inside startling the worshippers who were having a vigil. He walked through the passage and arrived at the altar before he fell to his knees.

"Why are you going to take her again?" Juola asked as more tears ran out his cheeks.

"Why?! Why?!" Juola yelled as some of the worshippers flinched. Juola clamped his hands together as he stared into space.

"Please, just please. Don't take her away" Juola cried as he rubbed his hands together.

"You took my mom away even when I prayed to you not to. Why are you going to take her away from me again!?" Juola asked as some of the worshippers stared at the younger boy, a lot trying to hold their tears while some didn't.

"You know what? I don't believe you answer prayers. If you want me to believe you do then you have to keep her safe and sound okay?" Juola asked as more tears slid down his cheeks.

The Pastor presiding over the vigil knelt down beside Juola and patted his back slowly.

"Why does your God take away every important person to me? You people said he is the one that gives all things, why does he bother giving when he's going to take them back?" Juola asked as the Pastor who wore a small smile.

"The Bible says that 'for I know the thoughts I have for you. Thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you an expected end'. The Lord has a reason for everything and you know what, he answers prayers" the Pastor replied as Juola snorted.

"Thoughts of good and not of evil? Really? Where are your parents sir?" Juola asked as the Pastor chuckled.

"Home" he replied as Juola nodded.

"Have you lost any of your family members? Sister, brother, anyone close at all?" Juola asked again as the Pastor shook his head.

"No" he replied again as Juola nodder his head.

"I lost my mom" Juola replied.
