I went to Sara's office, but she wasn't there. I went to our room, but she wasn't there. She wasn't even in the gym. There's only one other place she can be. Her storage room.

Over the past months, it has become her storage room, because nobody dares to enter it. It's where she always goes when she feels miserable. It's also the same one I found her in when she was so sure she didn't deserve to be loved. A shiver runs down my spine at the memory.

I enter the storage room, to see her throwing knives into the wall. The sight has become very familiar. "I know you said the wall doesn't mind, but I think Jax the Builder will once he sees this."

She turns around to face me, anger evident in her eyes. "Better the wall than him." She says. "And he doesn't even come in here."

I sit down on the old desk in front of her. "What happened in there?"

"Damien Darhk." She replies.

My eyes widen. "Damien Darhk was in the White House?"

She nods and throws another knife in the wall. It misses me by less than an inch, but I'm not scared. I know she wouldn't hurt me. "I was this close to killing him. To saving my sister, but then it all went to crap."

I gently put my hand on her leg. "We'll get him, and we'll stop him, Sara. I promise. And even if we can't safe Laurel, Darhk will get killed by Robin Hood in the future."

"We can't kill him, can we?" She asks, her voice shaking.

"Like I said, he'll get killed in the future."

"But it'll be too late for Laurel." She argues.

I don't know what to say to that, so I just pull her in for a hug. She clings onto me, while I feel her tears in my neck. I don't pull back. I just hug her tighter.

We're all in Sara's office. We just catched Nate and Amaya up. "Rex's killer is here? In 1987?" Amaya asks.

"Potentially. If Damien Darhk is still working with him." Professor egghead replies.

Nobody notices how Sara squeezes my hand like crazy at the mention of Darhk. I don't mind though.

Nate, who was looking through some digital files, found something. "No way, Damien Darhk joined the Reagan Administration as an advisor at the Keykjavík summit? And after the collapse of the summit, Darhk was credited with reviving the disarmament talks?"

"Darhk prefers stockpiling nukes, not getting rid of them." Sara points out.

"The nuclear treaty must be a cover." Kid realises.

"For what purpose?" Haircut asks.

"That's what we need to find out." Sara says. "Gideon, where is Damien Darhk now?"

"I'm accessing the calendar on his secretary's IBM personal computer. Mr. Darhk has a meeting in Georgetown park at 8:00 pm."

"Late night meeting in the park. That's not suspicious." I say with a lot of sarcasm.

"Ray, take Mick. Find out who Darhk is with and why." Sara says, letting go of my hand and walking out. Haircut follows her to talk about something, but I'm not listening.

So everyone is on the bridge, watching Haircut and Chucky. I'm not. I don't like monitoring from on the bridge. It's boring, so instead I go to my room.

I get some licorice from under a hidden drawer and make myself comfortable on the bed. "Ms. Rory, I have received an audio message for you."

"What message?" I ask.
