Kathir looked like he was poleaxed..but he liked the idea of Mullai in something other than a saree

Kathir simply grinned at her

Ashok and Chaaru latched on and upped their vigour in convincing Mullai

Mullai knew she was fighting a losing battle and finally threw her hand in the air

Kathir and Ashok were alone

Ashok : irunga naan poi konduttu varen

Saying this Ashok went in too leaving Kathir wondering what the 3 cousins were up to..

Ashok emerged in some time with a box and proceeded to open it and spread a mat of sorts on the floor

Ashok: Intha game vilaiyaadathaan

Kathir had no idea what game it was

Ashok proceeded to explain the game

By this time Mullai and Chaaru came out wearing identical looking comfy pyjamas and tees..

Mullai had arranged her hair in a careless bun

Kathir looked at her and thought she looked so young and carefree..his lips automatically curving in a smile

Mullai by now was also caught up in the excitement

The 3 of them tried explaining the rules and the purpose of the game to Kathir..

Finally it was decided that they would play 3 2 player games..one between the girls, one between the guys and one between Kathir and Mullai

It was decided the girls would go first with Ashok as the referee

Once he saw the game being played Kathir understood the nuances and how it was not as simple as it looked
