Chapter Nine: You gonna smoke that?

Chapter Nine!!
Y/N's Pov
I woke up still in Jess's arms. I looked up at him, he was still asleep. He looked so sweet and peaceful when he was sleeping. I barried my head back into his chest. We heard the door open.
"Oh God!" My mom shrieked.
We both sprung up.
"Nothing happened," I quickly said.
"What is Jess doing here?" Mom asked.
"I asked him to stay the night," I told her.
"Nothing happened?" She asked me.
"Nothing happened," I repeated.
"Okay.. are you sure?" She asked me.
"I mean, I'm pretty sure I would know," I said laughing a little.
She looked at us for a minute before walking out. I looked over at Jess who was blushing. I've never seen Jess blush before.
"Your blushing," I told him.
"Am not!" He told me.
I kissed his cheek.
"It's okay," I told him.
"Whatever Gilmore," He said to me.
He kissed my temple, and slowly down my face and back up to my lips. He pulled back.
"I'm gonna go to Luke's," He told me.
"I'll come, just give me 5 minutes," I told him.
He nodded and I ran to the bathroom. I washed my face and brushed my teeth. I put on a light amount of make up and went back to my room and went to my closet. I changed quickly.
"Ready," I told Jess.
"Alright," He said dryly.
We left. He wrapped his arms around my shoulder.
Jess's Pov
When I was walking with Y/N, I saw Tristan watching us. I kissed Y/N's temple and she smiled. She leaned against me. I smirked.
Later That Day~~
Y/N's Pov
I walked upstairs to find Jess. I knocked on the door. Jess opened it, he looked upset.
"Can I come in?" I aksed.
"I'm busy," He told me.
"Doing what?" I asked him.
"Nothing," He told me.
I glanced down at his hand. Oh.. He was smoking..
"Okay, I'll see later I guess?" I asked him.
He grabbed my arm as I started to walk away.
"You can come in?" Jess said walking inside. I followed him.
"You said you were gonna quit," I told him.
~Flash Back~
I walked to the docks and saw Jess smoking. I ran over to him and sat besides him.
"Hey," He told me.
"Hey," I said grabbing his hand.
His hand was so cold. I put my other hand on top of his.
"Jess.." I wispered.
"What?" He aksed.
"You shouldn't smoke," I told him.
"Well you don't get everything you want," He told me.
"Jess, you should quit," I told him.
"No," He told me.
"No? Your just gonna give up like that?" I asked him.
"I guess so," He said sarcastically.
"Can you be serious for one damn minute?!" I snapped.
"Geez," He said standing up after putting his cigarette out.
I quickly stood up too. I grabbed onto his hand again, but he pushed me away.
"Don't shut me out Jess! You tend to shut the whole world out! Don't shut me out," I told him.
"I'm not shutting you out," He told me.
"You are," I told him.
"I can't do this Y/N! I don't know how to do this! I don't know how to be in a relationship that meant something!" He yelled getting closer to me.
"Then I'll show you," I told him.
I leaned up and kissed him. He kissed back and I pulled away.
"I'll quit.. for you," He said kissing me again.
I kissed back.
~End of flashback~
"I know.. and I'm sorry," Jess wispered.
"Put it out," I told him.
He looked at me for a second before putting his cigarette out.
"Thank you," I told him.
He smiled and I kissed him quickly.
"What was that?" He aksed me.
"That was a kiss," I told him.
He pulled me closer to him and kissed me. We started to make out. But I pulled back.
"I have to go, my mom's waiting," I told him. He nodded.
I went downstairs and me and mom started eating.
"I have to go get a part for my car," Jess mumbled.
"I have to go study," I told him.
"Alright hon," She told me.
I kissed her cheek and left.
Lorelai's Pov
I was drinking my coffee when Luke walked over and sat next to me.
"Listen.. I want you to know that I had a little talk with Jess today, concerning him and Y/N," Luke told me.
"You did?" I asked.
"Yep! He now knows that every second they are together, I will be watching them," Luke told me.
"Good," I told him.
"Yep," Luke said proudly.
"You know there together now," I told him.
"What?" He questioned.
"Oh yeah? 'I have to go study,' and 'I have to go get a part for my car' That's kid code for meet me at the perivious desided location far away from my clueless uncle," I told Luke.
"You doing really think.." Luke started. I gave him a look.
"Damn! They are! They're together doing god knows what, completely unsupervised!" Luke shouted.
"Luke.. it's okay," I told him.
"Luke is okay?! They are out there!!" Luke screamed to me.
"I must find them," Luke said standing up.
"Your seriously gonna search all over town looking for Y/N and Jess?" I aksed him.
"If I have to, yes. And if you were a concerned mother.. you would come with me," Luke said to me.
"Ehh.. I can't do that, but if you'd like I'll let you sniff her coat," I told him.
"The things you fine amusing astonanish me," Luke said then picking up Y/N's coat.
"Your not really gonna sniff it," I aksed him.
"No, it's cold out, she might need it. Ceaser! I'll be back in a while," Luke told Ceaser.
With Y/N and Jess~~
Y/N's Pov
I walked down the street and saw Jess holding a cigarette.
"You gonna smoke that, or mind melt with it?" I aksed him.
"Depends," He responded.
"So where's the part for your car?" I asked coming closer to him.
"Huh, I don't know. Jipsy said she was gonna leave it for me somewhere.. guess she forgot," Jess said glancing behind him.
"She's bad that way," I said shrugging.
"I guess I'll just have to take my business else where," Jess told me.
"I guess so," I told him.
"So.." He aksed me.
"So.." I copied.
"So Tell me.. what's your disision on smoking that depending on?" I asked him.
"Almost gonna happen," He told me.
"When?" I aksed.
"Now," He told me.
He slowly rested his hands on my waist, and my arms rested on his arms. We slowly started lean on. He leaned down and kissed me. I kissed back. When me and Jess kiss, it's like the whole world stops, and it's just me and Jess. I slowly pulled away.
"I'm glad you didn't smoke it," I told him.
"Oh yeah?" He aksed me.
"Yeah," I answered.
We leaned in and kissed again. As we were kissing, I felt him put his cigarette in his pocket. Afterwards he wrapped his arms around me and we continued to make out. I wrapped my arms around him running my fingers though his soft hair. We slowly and eventually pulled apart. He kept me close to him.
"Well.. whatever happened between us.. at least we know that part works," He told me.
"I guess so," I told him.
He smiled, a smile that I didn't see very often. I smiled back. He leaned down and kissed me softly resting his hand on the back of my neck. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I smiled into the kiss, never wanting it to end. I slowly pulled back. I pulled my arms away from him, and looked down.
"What?" He aksed.
"I have to go," I told him.
"What? Did I do somethin or..?" He asked.
"No, no, you didn't do anything.. you were- I mean are amazing. And I want to spend my every minute with you.. Just right now I have to go, understand?" I asked him.
"Not at all," He responded.
"It's more fun that way, isn't it?" I asked him.
"Come here," He said gently cupping my face and kissing me.
I kissed back and rested my hands on his shoulders and my fingers ran though his hair. He pulled back.
"Beat it," He told me.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked him.
He nodded. I gave him a smile before walking away.
