I knocked my parent's room hoping they did not sleep as it would be best if I talk to them alone about this. When ma open the door she asked, Beta you did not slept?

Were you both sleeping? I needed to talk with you and papa I said

No, We are awake come inside? Ma replied smiling

I went and sat cross leg on bed beside papa and ma sat beside me. I felt like my teenage self-asking for something to them.

What were you both doing? I asked

Nothing special papa said showing eyes to ma to stop her from speaking what she wanted to say

So, do you both like Kriti? I asked having a hunch they were discussing about Kriti

Papa it been ten years I have lived alone first for graduation, then post-graduation then when I was doing job, I am used to a lifestyle which no one follows here. Till now I was alone so no one question me but now Kriti will be there and her way of living is similar to me. When in future Kriti will work or wear what she wants or have an independence which lades of our family dont have or even when I would take Kriti and latter our children out on weekends, or either for a movie or dinner that will always create problem between Kriti and bhabhi or even bhaiya and bhabhi seeing me outing with Kriti somewhere they would want bhaiya to take them and we all know that they both are not like me they like to stay at home and I like to party.

Why do I feel you have already thought for a solution?

I took Papa's hand in mine today I went to see a four-bedroom apartment in Pratap nagar. It is just at five minutes distance from here and I can come every day to meet you even you can come and stay there its a four-bedroom house - one for you both one for me and two guestrooms.
