"We are pregnant?" I asked her shocked

"We are" she confirmed and with tears in her eyes she placed her hand on her womb Listening to her tears of happiness found their way through my eyes ....kriti is carrying something we created by our love ....we are having a child .....once I controlled my emotions I asked her , "When did you come to know?"

"When you were in operation. No one else knows about it i was with his highness and ajay in bhaiya's cabin discussing how no one should know about our divorce, your accident and Ayansh till you get consciousness when i collapsed the doctor who checked me had doubt that i was pregnant and latter test results came positive after some hours but you were still in operation and i did not want anyone else to know so I asked Ajay and his highness to don't tell anyone they agreed . His highness and Ajay are your well wishers they supported me a lot " kriti said "you are lucky to have them"

"You are pregnant and were under so much stress i am ....." I could not speak i so wanted to hug her but with both my hands and legs fracture i could not even go near her and sit.

"How long are you?" I asked her

"40 days "

"What did the gynaecologist said ? Is everything ok? Are you ok ? " I asked her worried what if stress affected her health or  the baby

"Everything is fine i went for a check up and she did prescribe me meds for one month there is nothing to worry about " kriti informed and i took a relived breath

"Please come here near me" I pleaded kriti reluctantly came towards me and placed her head on my chest . Latter i felt something wet on my shirt kriti was crying

"Baby please....." I pleaded with her

"i got so scared " she spoke sobbing I sigh and let her cry she needed to take her emotions out  she spoke crying "what if something happen to you what would I do ....how would I take care of baby ...how would take care of ayansh how could you do that ?"

"I am sorry Jaan I am really sorry " i said knowing nothing can replace whatever she faced in the past few days but i will try my best to keep her happy . Once she claimed down i ask her to drink some water please . I am completely useless right now when she needs me most . After some time she calmed down

"Is that the reason no one stopped you from your family?" Once she was fine

"I did not inform anyone yet first you were in operation then once i decided what I want to do i though you have right to know first ...Rishabh we are not just alone here .we have responsibility of two life on us. We just cannot think now as husband or wife we have to think as parents "

"Kriti i promise you. you will not regret your decision"

"We need to announce about ayansh soon ...you are a well known person in the city such news if not handled properly cannot only destroy your career but i don't want anyone commenting bad about ayansh " kriti said and i nodded knowing she is right .

"We will discuss it tomorrow with Ajay but first I want to know something Did anyone from my family tried to hurt you or ayansh?". I asked her

"You do know your Riya bhabhisa had never used her tongue for anything good but i can handel her " kriti said but why do i feel it is not as simple as she is potraying

"We need to inform your family" i spoke

"After 15 days your bandage will be removed that day we will call everyone for lunch and on lunch we can break the news to both the families " kriti said and i realised i do need to tell the news to my family too i don't know why but there is unknown hesitation i am feeling with them

"kriti i appreciate that you are taking care of me but how will you manage everything alone? Let's appoint an male nurse for me "

"I took leave from college and have rescheduled my appointments and i am not taking new patients for a few days so it won't be an issue. About your firm now you can manage from home with ajay  "  she said

"Kriti i would never want your career to suffer moreover you have too look after ayansh and baby too ....." I tried explaining her but she placed her hand on my palm and said,
"Rishabh we are family we stand by each other we don't need hired help for each other plus this is a chance for us to spend time with each other there are lot of things which will only heal when we will spend time with each other. Right now we both need each other's presence in our life "  she said and placed her head on my chest again . I kissed her forehead thanking God for this angel

"Kriti i am so happy with the news but what about you? You had plans ....."

"Hmm...i had but i am happy both kids will grow together i will just have to forward my plans for some years "

"I will be there with you i will cut my work so that I can share your workload i will not repeat my mistakes i will be with you so that you don't have to postpone your plans we both will manage ......i promise you I will give you my equal participation in this relationship "
