RISHABH'S POV

"Tea time" kriti exclaimed forwarding the tray with our tea mugs in front of me .

I took the tray from her hand and placed it on side table and made kriti sit on my lap. She winced in pain.

"still sore?" I ask guilty

"Don't feel guilty it is not that painful . It's normal " she said caressing my hairs

"Are you sure you don't want to visit doctor ?" I ask her making her sit comfortably and passing her one of the mug .

"Seema bhabhi did packed medicines for pain in my bag while packing my stuff . don't worry and I will talk to her if I still feel pain till tommorow " she said
"Now will you spend the entire night being sad Mr.lawyer ? "

"I am not sad just worried I should have let you rest" I said

"So cute " she said pinching my cheeks

"Don't call me cute kriti" I said making a face. And she laugh making me smile. She has a beautiful laughter I thought

"Rishu...." she called excitedly making me raise my eyebrows at her excitement "we both have habit of drinking tea before sleeping we can make this our night ritual you know have our tea together and talk about our day " she said happily

"As you say madam " I replied bowing

"Wait let me take one picture for status" she said and took mug from my hand and placed our mugs on tray and clicked number of photos

"Kriti enough.... I think we need to spend time with each other not with your phone " I said and took her phone from her hand "Chai Thandi ho jayenge"

"So when are you going to Delhi? Leaving your bride alone " she ask me

"Tommorow morning.... I need to complete some work there before my court hearing " I said "I will come day after tommorow"

"Kriti" I called

"Hmmm" she hmmed

"Why don't you visit your parents house...I will drop you tommorow morning and will pick you up when I will come back " I said

"Sounds great but I have unpacking to do all of our stuff so I was thinking of doing it tommorow...before I rejoin my work from monday " she said thinking

"We will do it together once I come back. You staying here alone I am not comfortable with that ...we both are new here ....baby if you stay at your parents house I will be relaxed knowing you are safe " I said sipping my tea

"Ok .....no problem...it will be fun I will just sleep and eat there no work to do " she said making me laugh

"Can't you think of anything else then sleeping and eating " I said and my doctor wife showed her tongue to me. She can act like a mature women in one second and a baby in another second

She forwarded her empty mug to me and said, "I made tea so you go and wash the mugs"

I rolled my eyes and said, " aren't you taking the word equal partnership too seriously women . We do have househelp"

"They are not present now and I don't like to keep dirty dishes overnight.... it's not healthy....wash them please....baby I am sore" she said with puppy eyes

"I need lot of kisses and cuddles for this " I said teasing her

"Always in our lawyer mode aren't we " she said and gave me a flying kiss

KRITI'S POV

Dad , Bhaiya and Bhabhi had taken leave for the day. Dad was massaging my hairs bhaiya had brought my favorite dhokla and jalebi for breakfast and mom and bhabhi had preapred all my favourite snacks to pack with me .

"So much of pampering ....if I knew this I would have married early " I teased them

"See this girl ....as if she was not pampered before " mom said smacking my head

"Dad....dekho na " I said whinning "No ..before you only loved your son " i said

"Bacha" I heard bhaiya and open my eyes he rarely called me bacha and when he calls me that it is something serious so I replied , "Ji bhaiyu"

"You are happy right ? Rishabh is treating you good? " He ask "you can tell me if he misbehaves with you or anyone in his house says something to you "  bhaiya asked caressing my hairs

I went towards him and held his hand "bhaiyu you don't worry Rishu takes good care of me and he doesn't let anyone misbehave with me . He is a nice men. I am happy with him "
I said and bhaiyu nodded smiling. I lay my head on his lap and he kept caressing my hairs .

"Rishu ...ha " seema bhabhi teased me making everyone laugh "humare kriti to ab Rishabh ki ho gaye ....she even made parathas for them at 6 in morning "

"Rishu helped me in making parathas" I said still my eyes closed. "But I am not a fan of cooking everyday thankfully here we have cook"

"Yes you are fan of eating " bhaiya teased me "I don't understand you are always eating one thing or other and never exercise still don't get fat "

"You and Rishu are just jealous of my talent" I said yawning and sat cross Legged

"Rishabh's family was OK with him cooking ? They did not seem like they would be fine with men cooking " seema bhabhisa said

"No they were not .And you knew Riya bhabhisa's face was worth watching when Rishabh was helping me but she did not have guts to say anything on his face " I said laughing

"Seriously she is a headache " I said thinking about her behavior

"Kriti how many times I tell you don't make fun of his relatives...." mom scolded me

"Mom even Rishabh doesn't like her much " I said shrugging

"Even then you should not comment. she is his family ....even you both don't like your cousin rakhi but what if seema makes fun of her " Mom said

"I won't have any problem " bhaiya said immediately making all of us laugh but one glare from mom was enough for  dad and seema bhabhi to stop laughing  immediately.

"Acha I won't say anything about his family....now smile " I said hugging mom
