6: Provocations

Jennie was happy that on the next day, there was no Biology class. She doesn't know how she would have dealt with being Lisa's partner. Ever since yesterday Jungkook has been trying to talk to her, calling her and messaging her all the time. People have started to notice the increasing tension between them. Some girls would do anything to have Jungkook as their boyfriend, and if Jennie is showing signs of disinterest, than other girls are going to take it as their chance.

During P.E class in the gymnasium, Jennie avoided any sort of communication with Jungkook. Coach Chanyeol decided to let his students play handball. Jennie was captain of the Blue team and Jungkook captain of the Red team. They all had to wear the bibs for their team colors, and the people who didn't want to play, were sat down on the bleachers. Coach warned them that they would get strikes, but no one cared.

Lisa was sat on the bleachers, seats away from a small groups of girls gossiping. Their gossip was taking away Lisa's attention from Jennie. P.E was her favorite subject, because she got to watch Jennie in short shorts and a school t-shirt, which was super tight on her body. Her seat was perfect to watch Jennie and make everyone think she is watching the whole game.

"It's so obvious they are having problems. Besides, he is too good for her." Lisa overheard one of the girls who were gossiping. She knew they were talking about Jennie. All that these girls know what to do is talk shit about Jennie. All of them want to be the queen bee.

"Jungkook should just dump her sorry ass instead of running after her. I bet he cheated on her and is now trying to redeem himself." The other girl commented and Lisa laughed to herself.

You got the cheating part right, Lisa thought to herself as she remembered what Jennie said to Jungkook yesterday. The girls kept coming up with other theories and Lisa lost her interest to watch Jennie play. She got out of the bleachers and walked towards Coach Chanyeol.

"I wanna play as well." She said and he eyed her down. He knew the game was too much fun for people to just sit and watch.

"If you knew you would eventually play, why didn't you say anything, instead of lazing around the bleachers?" He asked and Lisa scratched her head. He had a point but if she told him why she was in the bleachers, he would give her a nasty look.

"I guess I got inspired." She lied and coach chuckled at her response. He grabbed a red bib and threw it at her.

"Jungkook, you got a new player." He yelled over at Jungkook, who shrug once he noticed Lisa and ignored her. "Go out there and play." Coach said and Lisa jogged towards the main court.

Lisa pivoted to get the ball from one of the Blue team players and passed the ball towards Jungkook, who threw it towards the goal. Joy was the goal keeper and she tried to defend it by grabbing the ball, but she wasn't fast enough.

"Sorry partner." Jungkook said making a fake sorry face and jogged towards his friends.

"Don't worry. I will take him down." Lisa said to Joy, who passed her the ball.

Jennie passed the ball to another team and ran towards Jungkook, pushing him away, making him loose his balance and stumble onto the group. "What the hell Jen?" He asked her while lying on the group.

"Sorry, I was thinking. I guess cheating takes you nowhere." She told him and grabbed the ball passed by her teammate and ran towards the Red team goal and threw the ball. Once it was in and she looked at Jungkook and smiled at him.

"Game on." He said and when the game started again, he grabbed the ball from someone from the same team as him and rushed towards Jennie, nudging her on the arm, while he ran to the goal, where he scored again. "Sorry." He said to Jennie and he went on to high five his teammates.

"Pathetic." Lisa said to herself watching Jennie and Jungkook playing one-on-one all the time, forgetting their classmates are on the game as well.

Lisa was growing tired of them and she jogged toward where the two were fighting for the ball and took it from Jennie's hands and threw it into the Blue team's goal, Joy unable to defend again. Both Jennie and Jungkook stared at Lisa, surprised.

"If you two are going to make this holy court your teen drama stage, then I suggest you two get off of it. Some of us actually want to play." Lisa said to them annoyed and Jennie burst out laughing, with Jungkook laughing as well.

"You want teen drama? I will give you teen drama." Jennie said as she ran towards Lisa, wrapping her hands around her hips, throwing the brunette onto the ground.

Coach Chanyeol blew his whistle, as he noticed Lisa and Jennie was about to get into a dogfight. "What the hell do you guys think this is? Isn't handball enough, now you wanna box around my court?"

Jennie stood up with Joy and Jungkook's help and Lisa stood up on her own. "She started it." Lisa said and Coach rolled his eyes.

"I don't give a damn. Kim and Manoban, 10 laps around the gym. Kim, why don't you make that 12 since you are so in the mood to fight. The rest can hit the showers or whatever. " Coach said walking away. Jennie wanted to complain, but he didn't give her a chance.

"Can we talk after school?" Jungkook asked while Lisa had started running and Jennie hasn't.

"Sure." She gave in and Jungkook smiled at her, rushing into the showers.

Everyone else went into the showers or towards their lockers, while Lisa and Jennie ran around the gym. "You try to fight me again princess and I will beat you senseless." Lisa said once she was running alongside Jennie.

Once Jennie had the reaction Lisa was expecting, Lisa increased the pace and finished her laps before Jennie. Jennie took her time, not in the mood to hurry things up. She was thinking about starting her work at Marcinee's tomorrow and nervous about her talk with Jungkook. She wanted to understand why he didn't just study, but she couldn't. How was he capable of cheating on a quiz? If he does that for a academic subject, imagine what he would do behind Jennie's back.

Jennie couldn't even sleep properly after what happened during the bio quiz. Usually she was good at it, but when she received her grades, her heart sunk low. Which means that Lisa was the one with the good grade in their partnership. How could Jennie face her, knowing Lisa will probably look down on her?

Shaking those thoughts out of her head, Jennie couldn't bother to finish her laps, so she went inside the locker room. It looked empty, since most girls were done showering and dressing up. But from the shower's side, there was a lot of steam coming out from one of the cubicles. Jennie walked towards it and noticed the curtain was wide open.

It was Lisa, who was butt naked, showering with hot water, enjoying every drop of the water. Jennie stared at how confident Lisa seemed, not caring if someone was watching her. She scrubbed her back and washed her hair, letting the water slid down her body. Jennie wanted to move or look away, but she couldn't. Now she understood why guys went crazy for Lisa. She was gorgeous and every inch of her body was perfection.

"Are you gonna keep staring?" Jennie's eyes widened when Lisa turned around and faced her. Jennie turned around not wanting to look into Lisa's eyes. She was blushing and her face was red as a tomato. She has never seen another girl's body under steamy water before.

"You left your curtain open, which means you wanted an audience, of course. I just gave you what you wanted." Jennie responded trying to sound cool. She couldn't be weak near Lisa, she had to show her that Jennie Kim doesn't care about her or what she does with her body.

"You don't know what I want." Lisa told her, while turning off the shower. She came out of the cubicle and walked around Jennie, trying to get to her locker. Jennie watched Lisa wiggling her butt over the lockers and almost felt her heart skip a beat.

"I don't care. Next time, try to leave little to imagination." She advised Lisa, who simply shrugged her shoulders and ignored what she had to say.

Jennie went over to her locker to grab her towel, since she needed a shower ASAP, because she was smelling like a pig, and rolled her eyes when she noticed Lisa giving her a sarcastic smile. "Have a nice shower." Lisa said to her and Jennie gave her a fake smile.

"Thanks." Jennie replied, taking off her clothes. Lisa kept staring discreetly, not wanting Jennie to stop undressing. Jennie got inside the showers, and turned on the cold water. She somehow had to forget what she just saw. Never again does she want to see Lisa naked.
