Huey

Last night was fantastic. I finally told Star how I feel, and she feels the same. I couldn't ask for a better day.

She's all cuddled up on my chest. Her soft little snores are cute. I'm trying not to move so I don't wake her up.

Astro is in his bed. I'm surprised he hasn't woke up yet.

"Aww, look at you two love birds"

I know that voice anywhere. Jazmine.

"Quiet down Jazmine"

"Oops. My bad"

Star started to shuffle around.

"Well, I'll leave you two to it"

She closed the door.

She shuffled around again and mumbled something.

What the hell is she dreaming about?

"Huey..."

This time I heard her.

"Huey.... no.... please...."

I moved her on top of me and wrapped my arms around her.

"No.... you..... you said you loved me...."

My eyes went wide.

"Star"

I shook her just a little bit.

She didn't budge.

I tried again.

"Star"

No response again.

"STAR!"

She shot up breathing hard.

"Woah, woah, woah, Star it's okay. Calm down"

She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"Huey..."

She layed back down and hugged me tightly.

"Hey. Look at me"

She looked up.

"Why are you crying?"

She sat up and wiped her eyes.

"I had a horrible... horibble.... dream... more like nightmare..."

"What was it about?"

"I don't wanna talk about it...."

I cupped her cheek.

"We'll babygirl, I can't help you if you don't talk to me"

Her face flushed a bright red.

"You.... you left me... for a long period of time.... and then came back with another girl.... and you said.... you said.... You didn't love me anymore....
And then you just..... left"

I was in shock. I didn't even move. I can't believe she dreamed that.

"Huey?"

It took me a second to come back to reality.

"Yeah?"

"You're not gonna leave me right? You're gonna stay with me forever? And love me?"

I gently grabbed her hands and placed them in mine.

"Star, you make me feel like I can do anything and I am so happy to be with you. You surprise me every day and you warm my heart every night. I am the person I am today because you've loved me and helped me love. I love being in love with you. I can't get enough of you. I don't even know, what I'd do without you. You are my happiness the only treasure I adore with a complete passion. I will never leave you. Not even in a million years. I'll love you everyday, until the day I die. Until then..."

I took one of my hands and crossed my fingers.

"It's always and forever"

She was crying a lot now. She couldn't even speak. She just hugged me and never let go. I was okay with that, because I understood her body language.

She gave me a kiss and smiled.

"Thank you.... My Hue bear~"

I laughed slightly.

"Hue bear?"

"Yeah. You're so big, and comfortable. Like a Teddy bear except Hue bear!"

I smiled at her.

"Come on, let's go downstairs"

"K"

I scooped her up and carried her bridal style.

She laughed.

"Huey! This is so not necessary!"

"To me it is"

I sat her down on the couch.

It was quiet. Everyone must have left.

"Oh finally. I was about to leave without telling you guys goodbye"

"Everyone else went home?"

"Yeah"

"Wait. Where's Riley?"

"Upstairs. Taking his "Gangsta" nap"

"Not surprised"

"Awww, Jazmine you're leaving??"

"Yeahhhh. Have to get ready for school in the morningggg"

"Ugh. I totally forgot about that. Jeez, this break went by to fucking fast"

"Girl who you telling? Anyways, Star I put my number in your phone, so you can call and text me anytime"

"K. Thanks Jaz"

"Now come give me a hug"

She ran over and gave her a hug, them came over to me.

"Alright Huey, you take care of Star, okay?"

"Believe me, I will"

"That's what I like to hear. Now dap me up"

We did our little handshake thing we usually do when Jazmine leaves. Nothing important.

She grabbed her bag and walked to the door.

"See ya'll! Kiss Astro for me!"

Star smiled.

"I will!"

Jazmine smiled and left out the door.

We sat down on the couch.

"Now what should we do?"

"Smoothies!"

She got up and went to the kitchen.

"Oh! But first..."

She hurry up and ran upstairs and came down with Astro.

"It's breakfast time for Astro!"

She got his food out and did everything she needed to do. She looked so happy.

I just stared at her with amazement in my eyes. I love her so much.
