Harry
"Harry, no!" You shriek, not entirely happy as he pulls you towards the line. The ferris wheel that the town of Holmes Chapel had rented for their annual fair was absolutely huge; you hated heights. But Harry, having been your best friend and boyfriend for a little over seven months, had decided he wanted nothing more than to get you to ride it with him. You had hung out with him and Gemma most of the day, but the time had come where you two had decided to branch out on your own for alone time, and naturally Harry had decided to go to the one place you hated first.
"Babe, come on," he half whined, gripping your hand tightly as the line shortened rapidly. "It's not that bad. Look, it's so pretty all lit up in the dark." You really didn't want to get on, but you didn't want to disappoint Harry, since you knew that this trip meant a lot to him.
"I hate you," you ground your teeth together as the operator ushered you into a wobbly cabin, where you were strapped in tightly. "I really hate you."
"It's not bad, come on," Harry said with his deep, gravely voice, giving you the little half smile he had. You bit your lip, eyeing him.
"I think I know what might possibly distract me.." Later on, there were pictures of the two of you making out all over the Internet; apparently, fans had seen, even with you up that high. Whoops.
Niall
"Come on, babe, it'll be fun!" Niall tried for the fourth time today. You had flown out to California to be with him while he was in his last few days of tour and had some time off with the boys to hang out. You had talked to Paul, who had told you that the boys all had tickets to Six Flags, and you decided to surprise him. It had worked; he was definitely surprised. After he'd spotted you, he'd practically latched himself on to you- not letting you go for one second. You had to admit, you loved it. You had missed his scent and touch, and just being near him, and walking around with him was perfect. However, ever since he'd spotted the ladies that try to guess your weight, age, or birth month, he wouldn't give it a rest.
"Niall, why?" You finally ask, slowing both of you down. "They're scams."
"But (Y/N)," he half whined, giving your hand a squeeze. "They're fun. Plus, I could win something for you."
You sighed, taking another glance over at the lady decked out in Six Flags merchandise, then looked up at Niall's face, expression set in a slight pout. Sighing again, you nod.
"Alright, alright. Go ahead." You gesture with your free hand towards the large scale, and before you knew it, he'd lost.
"I'm sorry babe," he mumbled sadly as you both walked away. His upset face was too much to bear, so you quickly pecked his cheek.
"Guess that's the price of being famous."
Liam
"Are you sure you don't want anything?" Liam asked, quite obviously worried at your well-being for the day. You'd decided to take him back to your hometown to meet your family in the summer, and had planned it so the day you got there was the day the town's festival started. It had been a lot of fun so far; Liam had gotten on well with your brothers, and your mum was rather pleased at how polite (and cute) he was. After lunch, you'd dragged Liam into town, where the festivities had already begun. They weren't huge, since your town was rather small, but included games for the children, bingo, a small market that had pretty much everything, and then food. It had been a few hours, and while Liam had already eaten, you'd passed, too excited to really enjoy the food.
"For the third time, Lee, I'm fine," you laughed. You weren't really annoyed at all, maybe just a bit touched that he was thinking of you.
"Anytime you need something, just tell me, okay?" he murmured, slipping his fingers into your own.
"And right now, I need you to meet someone!" you grin, spotting an old friend, leading him over.
Louis
"No, Louis." You snapped.
"But (Y/N)-!" He protested.
"No." You repeated for what seemed like the eightieth time today. He wanted to get his face painted at the annual fair that London held, and simply wouldn't drop the subject. It wasn't that you didn't want to, but you had already spent so much money on candy floss and random toys that it seemed like the money you had slaved making was just disintegrating. Plus, your makeup for the day was finally perfect the way you wanted it, (not to mention your skin was finally free of blemishes) and you didn't want to ruin it (or break out). Louis took one last look at you before hanging his head sadly, slight pout to his expression.
"Alright.." he mumbled, eyes flickering between you and the ground. "You win.."
You sighed, glancing back at the tall chairs where the ladies were mixing the paints, and squeezed his hand.
"No, you win," you said, and his head jolted up, ready to speak, but you held up a hand. "Ah ah ah, only if I can get a lion."
"Of course, babe," he grinned, pecking your cheek. He later on tweeted a picture of you two- you with a lion, him with a monkey.
Zayn
"Are you seriously going to try this?" you stiffled a laugh as you looked up at the tall tent Zayn had dragged you to. He puffed his chest up, attempting in the best way to look manly and tough, though his expression was a tad hurt.
"What's wrong with wanting to win my beautiful girlfriend a teddy bear?" he sunk his teeth into his bottom lip, and as soon as you saw, you couldn't not mimic him. He was just too adorable.
"Flattery gets you nowhere, Malik," you attempt in a teasing tone but you're pretty sure it came out as a mumble.
"I don't care," he pouted slightly, looking at you through his thick, dark lashes. "Can I please just try?" he pleaded.
You shake your head, grinning, and cross your arms. "If you think you can win it, be my guest."
He smirked happily, dropping your hand and walking up to the counter, where he bought a couple balls. He missed the first, but the ones to follow he made. Grinning, he let you pick out which of the giant animals you wanted, and though no words were said, a simple quirk of his eyebrow was enough of him showing off, just for you.
