Stefan brought Jenna back to the boarding house after finding out vampires were really and that Stefan, Damon was one and Alaric was possessed by one.

Macy called Elena to return as quick as possible so she could see her and explain which she did. Once coming from the room Jenna was staying in, Elena explained to Stefan why she need to return to Elijah

"Let her go Stefan, we both trust her to do the right thing." Macy said watching the 2 of them

Elena smiled at Macy before walking past her to go to the door, however she was stopped by Damon

"Where do you think you're going." Damon said

"Back to Elijah." Elena scoffed

"No." Damon said "you so much take a step out of this house" he grabbed Elena upper arm

"Let her go." Macy said coming forward and grabbing his arm

"And what, she get herself killed for you to die, I don't think so." Damon said and Macy scoffed

"She will be fine" Macy said

"Only because you're taking the fall for her, someone snaps her neck it's not Elena that won't be waking up." Damon said

"Leave her go." Stefan said coming forward

Damon looked between Macy and Stefan

"That's twice today one of you got in my way, I wouldn't try a third."

Damon let go of Elena and stormed off, leaving Macy and Stefan alone as Elena went straight away.

Around half an hour later as Macy was coming down the stairs she crossed Elena and Elijah in the house

"Hi." Macy said as she reached the bottom

"Hello." Elijah replied looking at her

"We need to find Stefan and Damon." Elena said and Macy nodded motioning for the 2 to follow her

The entered the lounge to see Stefan and Damon fighting

"hey." Macy shouted and they stopped, looking at the 3

"Now you've invited him in." Damon said out of breath

"Elijah and I renewed the terms of our deal." Elena said

"They two of you will come to no harm at my hands." Elijah said from behind the girls

"I only ask for one thing in return." He said coming forward from behind Macy and Elena

"What." Damon said

"An apology."

Macy furrowed her eyebrows but smiled at the same time.

'Of course he would' she thought

Stefan and Damon looked at eachother.

Stefan was the first to come forward.

"I'm sorry about the part I played in your death, I was protecting Elena, I will always protect Elena"

"I understand." Elijah said

Damon sulked in the corner of the room

"The sacrifice is taking place Damon, Bonnie will kill klaus and Elijah has a way for me to live so I won't have to use Macy blood." Elena said and Macy smiled

"But klaus still wants Macy, she still has to die" Damon said

"I'm afraid I don't know how to save Macy, she has to be killed before Elena in the sacrifice, her blood would've had the long lasting effect trading out her life for Elena's, but either way, she would pass" Elijah said looking at Macy with sad eyes

"I've accepted it Damon" Macy said sadly

"Yeah, well I haven't." He said through gritted teeth
