the next morning i woke up around 10 oclock cause i was meeting up with some friends for lunch. the twins moved to LA last year and i had met them when my volleyball team had a tournament in new jersey. since that we all had been decent friends. when they moved to LA we lost touch so when i told them i was in LA and they wanted to take me out for lunch.

mom I'm heading out now. I'm planning on staying out until the audition so I'll be back later i say

alright be careful, tell the boys i said hi and call me after your audition she says and i kiss her head and walk out of our hotel room

while I'm in the elevator my manager kelli calls which kind of worries me at first

hey what's up i say as i walk out to my car

hey i just wanted to check in about this role your going out for. do you like it? she asks

kel i actually love it, and i never like LOVE the characters i audition for but this one i really really want i say

that's good, let them know that when you audition. i think you have a good chance for the roll considering they recommended for you to audition for it she says and i nod agreeing

we talked for a little longer until i pulled up to the cafe i was meeting ethan and grayson at

alright i have to go I'm meeting some friends for brunch i say

okay I'll talk to you later bye she says and we hang up

"oh my god is that the dolan twins" i say in a fan voice as i walk up behind them and once they realize it's me they start laughing

"hey adzy how've you been" ethan asks as they both get up to hug me

"I've been actually really good" how are you guys i ask as i sit down across from them both

"good, LA's crazy. weve been here for two years already which is crazy" grayson says

"i can't believe lisa let you guys move out here alone when you were just one year younger than me" i say

"oh my god i forgot you're only 16" ethan says laughing

"what? don't act like you're 25 you're only one year older than me" i say

"ada were 18 now Grayson" says

"oh my god i forgot theres like a couple of months where you're kinda two years older than me" i say laughing

"ew a 16 year old and 18 year olds our for lunch is kind of weird" i say and they both laugh

"your birthdays coming up so it's fine" grayson says

we spend the rest of our time just talking about our lives. we haven't seen each other since they moved and it's crazy how just three years ago we all had these crazy dreams and now were all accomplishing them. it's nice to have some friends that were there for me before this whole acting and fame thing happened.

I'm on my way to the audition now and I'm super nervous. i really wanna get this part so it's important i do good.

"ada! hey welcome back" jess says smiling as we walk back to the same room we were in yesterday

"alright ada this is tanner buchanan he plays robby quinn's brother. were going to have you guys read one of quinns first scenes together alright?" she says and i nod.

tanner and i read the scene where he wakes quinn up for school but she doesn't want to go and then did some more improve together. it was really fun and i think tanner and i worked really well together. this was our first time meeting but there were no awkward silences which shows alot

"alright that was really good ada nice job. so audition aside what do you think about quinn?" john asks

"i actually am really interested in her story. she seems really mysterious and closed off which i think will be a fun character to play and i think i can really help you guys portray the vision you have for her" i say smiling and they all nod looking pleased with my answer. even tanner looked pleased with it.

"alright ada, we do have other people auditioning for quinn but we agree with you that you'll fit the part well. were gonna give you another call back audition and we aren't saying you FOR SURE got the part but we really like what you bring to this character so... the last thing we need to see from you is your connection with quinn's love interest eli/hawk whose played by jacob. i believe you met him yesterday right?" jess says

"yes i did some improve with him i believe" i say

"great! so were gonna have you guys read some lines of hawk and quinn because we wanna make sure you guys can portray the strong connection the two of them have. be back here in two days at 6:30. well bring jacob in and well have you guys meet and chat and all that and then read some lines alright?" john says and i smile

"yes that works that you guys so much" i say and i shake all their hands again including tanners and head out.

i get back in my car and before i even drive i call my mom telling her all about it. then i call kelli cause she is my manager and i have to thank her for getting me the audition. lastly i call grayson cause him and ethan are kinda my only friends out here.

"hey adz how was the audition" grayson says through the phone

"it was so good. they said they really like what i bring to the role and that their confident i could have the part. I'm going back in two days for the last audition" i say excitedly

woah that was fast! that's so exciting though I'm really proud of you grayson says

WOOOHOOO i hear ethan yell making me laugh

alright I'm gonna head back to the hotel I'll talk to you later i say

alright get home safe bye he says and we hang up.

the drive home all i did was shout my favorite songs. this. this is what life is all about. if you aren't loving your life your doing it wrong. you deserve nothing but happiness and it's out there. i promise you
