it's been five months since my audition for never have i ever. I've met the official cast and we have already started doing table reads and dress rehearsals. my song what other people say has blown up on so many different platforms. oh! and i turned 20. it was a lowkey birthday, i went home to STL and visited my family for the first time in like two years. it was insane. my mom and i haven't talked as much as i want to and after recently learning she's not been doing to well i vow to change that.

today i was asked to be guest on a jeff witteks youtube channel, better known as jeff's barber shop. I'm pretty nervous cause I've seen a couple of his videos and kian and jc went on the show before and he's known to just make his guest feel uncomfortable. his whole thing is like dry humor, it's actually quite funny... to watch. i don't know if it'll be as funny if I'm the topic of discussion.

i throw on a light grew oversized nike sweatshirt, some light washed baggy ripped jeans, black converse, and some silver chains and leave my apartment building

his apartment wasn't too far from mine which is good cause traffic was awful this afternoon

i pull up infront of his apartment building and he told me to text him when i was here

ada: Hey i just pulled up
jeff: Ok I'll be down in a minute to get you

i grab my keys and phone and walk into the building. it was pretty fancy not gonna lie. i waited in the lobby on one of the sofas as the lady at the front desk eyed me weirdly.

"Hey! it's good to meet you I'm Jeff" jeff says as he walks up to me from the elevator door

"Hey, you too" i say shaking his hand

he leads me up to his apartment and there were a couple of people there. all guys which surprised me

"this is jonah my co host" jeff says

"hi nice to meet you" i say

"and then these are steve and johnny my camera men" jeff says and we exchange our hello's

"do you want like a water or something before we start?" he asks as we all stand around his kitchen island

"sure" i say and then he goes to the fridge and grabs a water bottle

"did you come alone?" jonah asks

"ew man" jeff says making me laugh

"what? oh no not in a creepy way i swear. just usually when people find out their coming to an ex convicts house they bring someone with them" jonah says and my eyes widden

"you didn't know?" jeff says

"oh i- uh no i didn't" i say not wanting to make things awkward. i mean i know people can change and clearly he has

"don't worry i just sold like an ounce of weed. I'm not a murderer or anything" he says

"aw man" i say making a surprised look form on jeff's face

"you want me to be a murderer?" he asks chuckling

"i mean thatd make it more interesting" i say shrugging making them all laugh

"alright well we should get started" jeff says as he leads us back to his studio

"so basically just stand in the closet until you hear your name. then come out and you can take a seat in the chair and we'll just have conversation. forget the cameras are here" he says smiling

"sounds good" i say

he opens the closet door for me and i step in.

i hear him do his intro and then my name and some claps so i step out of the closet
