Frances' POV
Naging maayos naman ang mga nagdaang araw, di ko na namalayang December na. Nakikita kong si Jaydee na nga mismo ang umiiwas kay Ate Madie.
"..okay class, see you all after Christmas break. Class dismiss."
Christmas break is til January 7. That means I'm gonna spend those days with my mom and her new family. Kasama ang mga kapatid ko.
8pm. Dinner.
"I know the both of you will surely miss each other pero you can call each other naman. Kaya walang problema about that. By the way Jaydee, may nakita na kaming relative mo who could potentially--" sabi ni Daddy.
"Uhm dad, about that--pwedeng dito nalang po si Jaydee? Forever?."
"Anak, gusto rin namin yun trust me but Jaydee needs to be with her family. Saka pag nangyari naman yun pwede parin siyang dumalaw dalaw rito. Pero don't worry, next year pa naman." Sabi ni Daddy.
"What month?."
"We're not really sure sweetheart." Sabi ni Tita Naomi.
"Since she's leaving, can I take her with me to spend time with--"
"I'm afraid not. She'll be spending time with her relatives, especially with her cousins. I'm sure gusto narin syang mameet ng mga yun." Sabi ni Daddy.
"Fiiine."
KINABUKASAN
Sinundo nako ni Mommy sa bahay. Ganun na rin si Jaydee, sinundo na siya ng Tita Mildred niya. She's younger than I expected her to be, maybe she's in her early 20s. Mukhang excited na din siya to go. Ang kwento nina Daddy is that Tita Mildred is the cousin of her Dad. Pero nabanggit nga ni Dad na si Tita Mildred is youngest sa kanilang magkakapatid at majority sa mga kapatid niya ay nagsiasawa na. Siya nalang ang hindi.

Jaydee's POV
Pagdating namin ay napatulala nalang ako sa sobrang ganda ng view. Papasa nato sa listahan ng mga paraiso. I miss the beach.
"This is our family's private resort. Pinamana pato ng parents ng grandparents natin. For the meantime ako muna ang na assign to manage it. Pero soon, isa ka narin sa magmamanage nito."
"Welcome home Jaydeee!." Masayang bati sakin ng I guess 15 ka tao. 5 of them are kids. May dala pa itong tarp with my picture in it, nakakahiya.
"Welcome back to the family Jaydee." Sabi sakin ni Tita Mildred.
At nagulat nalang ako nang biglang may humintong sasakyan sa likod namin, pero mas ikinagulat kong makita sina Kuya Peter, Kuya Adrian, Kuya Patrick, their parents and of course Madie. Anong ginagawa nila dito?.
"Perfect. They're here. By the way Jaydee, nakalimutan ko palang sabihin sayo that this is a double celebration. This is my fiancé Peter's family." Fiancé?!. Nagkatinginan nalang kami ni Madie tsk. You got to be kidding me.

Kumakain na kami ngayon ng lunch. Enjoy lang silang nag-uusap samantalang wala parin kaming imik ni Madie. Ba't ba kasi anliit ng mundo?. At ang mas nakakainis pa eh hindi ko sya pwedeng awayin o ano, di ko pwedeng sirain ang engagement party ni Tita Mildred. So I pretended no okay lang sakin tong lahat, I even treated Madie in a nice way kahit everytime na nakikita ko siya naaalala ko kung pano nya ko sinaktan.

Nagbond kami ng mga pinsan na kaedad ko sa pagsiswimming at syempre kasama si Madie dun. Kinagabihan, nagkantahan ang mga Titas and Titos sa loob habang andito naman kaming limang teens sa harap ng bonfire dito sa dalampasigan nagkukwentuhan ng katatakutan. Sa mga panahong yun ay napapansin ko paring napapatingin si Madie sakin.

Lumipas ang ilang araw at di ko na namamalayang lumalambot na naman ang puso ko sa kanya. Isang tanghali habang nagbabantay kami ng mga pagkain sa cottage, ayaw nya kasi parin akong tantanan at nakikita ko namang mukhang sincere siya that she wanted us to be friends,

Isang gabi our families decided na lumabas naman kami para mamasyal sa may carnival. Madie and I tried a lot of games and rides. At nasa loob na kami ng isang sarado lahat na Ferris wheel kami at masaya lang syang nagkukwento,
"..tapos sabi ko kay Kuya Pat di naman totoo ang ghosts kaya--" she looks so attractive and I can't help it, masyado nakong nagpipigil. I crashed my lips into her. At first medyo nagulat sya and pulled away. Nakatitig lang kami sa isa't isa for a second, she looked so scared and I was about to say sorry when she gave in kissed me like she's been craving it for years. She sat on my lap to move more closer.

Frances' POV
I wonder what Jaydee's doing right now. Gosh, I miss her.
My lil' brother Dennis is 5, si Mariana naman 3. Medyo nag-eenjoy naman akong nakikipaglaro sa kanila. Busy naman ngayon si Mommy at Tito Fred. Lumabas sila para magsimba kaya ako ang naiwan sa mga kapatid ko.
Naglalaro kami ngayon ng legos and dolls habang nanonood ng paborito nilang cartoons.
Pero ba't ganun?. Parang masama ang kutob ko, para bang may kung anong masamang nangyayari.
